Likes

What I liked about my college is there are excellent teaching staff and various facilities we get.
They have ground for sports where different sports inter college compitition are held and sports day is conducted, the college has gym khana
College students have various placement opportunities in ther different streams with excellent guidence from department.

Dislikes

Student are free to do whatever they want and this makes some students to cross boundaries and principles of college
College should engage with different activities by which student should get their path for the field they are interested in

Course Curriculum Overview

In engineering practical knowledge is a must and activities held in college are various hand on workshops and seminars for students to understand how it actually works. workshops are conducted on various topics which are really helpful for student. And other activities are such like stage anchoring, volunteering, team management, gestronica, and project competition

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fees are 15000 rs I got a TFW seat with no scholarship and for others, it is 45000 for OBC category. And my tuition fees are 20000 rs, and monthly expenses for travelling and stationary will be around 5000 rs.

Campus Life

Gestronica, E-verse, GDSC if held as per new courses and badges on Google cloud student club. Gestronica is held in the month of May to June the festival is for all electronics realted projects made by student and get prizes for their performance I have participated too and got certification. In this year my group published paper on design and implementation of SAR ADC where we got 3rd prize . We had gathering where I have participated in flash mob, group dance and volunteering.

Admission

Eligibility criteria for after 12th- 60marks in boards and CET entrance exam in pcm 65% for all branches but as it all depends on merits of student. Student can get admission online in any department. Admission process is very easy any and informative. Exams are help after 2 or 3 moths from semister begining.

Faculty

The faculty in college is excellent with great knowledge all are experienced teachers with theirs experience knowledge to guide Students. Faculty members are always ready to help students and to guide them . Faculty takes responsibility for the student who is really willing to do something in which he is interested

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

Student become eligibble for compus placements from third year. There are many companies who had came to MIT WPU like Nvidea, CJ , who are offering a pretty good pacakge . Giving the highest package of 51 LPA and average package of 7 LPA. Around 75% of students get placement from MIT WPU.

Talking about placements generally 3rd or 4th year students can apply for on campus placements. For companies you can the college website about companies, percentage placement, highest package, average package, median package, lowest package, etc. Also there are various options such as Mtech, MBA or abroad studies.

Amity University Mumbai : is it worth it?

Placement Experience:

As on date, the placements from Amity University Mumbai go quite well, and this is also the reason considerate students get placed after having undergone their seventh semester and beginning of eighth semester. All said and done, to everyone's concern in and outside Campus, companies like Google, Microsoft do not regularly visit Campuses

My course actually good in the future aspects and my college is affiliated with pune university so relevancy is good .the syllabus prepares us well in terms of the curriculum . But sometime the college is not finished with the syllabus and it can sometimes challenging for the students
