Course Curriculum Overview

I am very passionate in my course computer science and engineering. Developing technical skills in the developing techincal world encouraged alot. Some practical based is lack in the collage but is improving every year

Internships Opportunities

There are several internships oprtunities in collage. There are several companies such as planet spark, eenea solutions, Darwin box. Real world projects are be done for developing skills and clarifying problems from faculty.

Placement Experience

Many are placed in the collage. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, drawinvox,etc. The highest package of college present is 40L. 80% percentage of the students are placed in the top companies. Average package is 5L

Fees and Financial Aid

State government scholarships and national scholarships are available for the students. Every year 70-80%of students are placed in companies. Exam fees and tution fees are separately paid. Free for the government schools students background.

Campus Life

There are over 40 clubs in campus. Clubs related to business, technical, non technical and others. The library is huge for the students to develop knowledge. Every year sports bout will be conducted and intra and inter collage sports will be held.

Admission

In the entrance exam of EPACET, the cutoff for it is 20K. There is no application fees. There will be an AUcet for direct admissions for students. There are many different reservation benefits for the reservation students.

Faculty

Faculty is very interactive with students and friendly. Every 30 students have a mentor to monitor academic and skills . Every day we can interact with faculty. The outcomes of teaching will be outstanding and very helpful

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

I didn't knew much about the colllege at the starting, but i was lucky enough to get this anurag university. Because i have seen how an engineering environment be like in my diploma college. so this college is actually providing way more than i expect. In every feild, it is giving the best like study, fun activities, sports, tech clubs, events,etcc. Admission process has 2 was, by getting a seat with a merit in entrance exam or directly buying a seat in management quota. eamcet and ecet students will get a seat according to the reservations and merit and they will be getting scholarships too , while management quota students definetly needed to pay full amount of 2.8lak for year...Read More
