- Teaching Staff is blessed with amazing teaching skills. Different teaching methods are used to clear tye concepts of the students.
- Clinical postings helps to improve hand skills of the students from 3rd year itself.
- Patient flow is good giving more hands on experience to undergraduates.
Dislikes
- Long college hours from 8-5. Difficult to devote time for studies after 5.
- Managing studies and clinics at the same time become difficult
- Student accommodation needs more improvement
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum prepares all the students well for the real world applications. Every month we have speakers coming and giving insights to the students of the future opportunities in dentistry and encouraging them with their real life stories sharing their struggles and providing ways to overcome them.
Internships Opportunities
We have compulsory Rotary internship in CDC itself. College also provides opportunity to go for mission postings in different mission hospitals in the country for a duration of 15-20 days for exposure.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is 10% increase every yer in tuition fee wherea s the accommodation fee is fixed for all the 5 yrs. As such CDC doesn't provide any scholarship program. But their are few research areas where financial help can be obtained.
Campus Life
Overall experience in CDC was amazing. There are lot of extra curricular activities that keeps on happening in the camlus. There are various sports cultural and arts club, students can join any according to their interest.
Admission
Admission process is State level counseling based. CDC comes under baba farid university of health and sciences. Cut off keeps on changing every year for CDC according to the merit list in NEET by NTA
Faculty
Teachers in CDC are quite approachable and helpful. Mentoring all tge students well in academics as well as clinical area. Student strength per batch is 40, with this faculty to student ratio they can focus well on tge weaknesses and strengths of the students and help them accordingly.
