Btech in computer science and engineering is the best branch for my interest. Also, IIT DHANBAD is one of the best College in India. It is one of the oldest colleges IIT DHANBAD has the best and great alumni network. Also, the senior-junior relationship is something unique here.

The course curriculum in this College (IIT DHANBAD) is well planned and greatly structured. In the first year, all the student must have to study all basic subject for a brief knowledge of every major field of engineering. This idea also helps students to find their area of interest.

Yes, our college provides an internship. Stipend vary from project to project, so I cannot comment on a stipend.

This is an IIT College, so overall placement is great. I am in CSE branch, so I have a close idea on CSE placement. Almost all students get placed in a good company. The average package last year was around 12 lakh per annum. (I am talking about cse placement).

There are lots of events celebrated in our college. Some of them are concetto (the annual tech fest of IIT DHANBAD), srijan (the annual technical cum cultural cum management fest and best fest of IIT DHANBAD), Sparx(annual technical fest organized by IEEE student branch), etc

We have to pay two in a year or we have to pay for each semester. I think fee structure is feasible as poor students (whose family income is less than 1 lakh) doesn't have to pay for tuition fee, they only have to pay for the hostel and for food(around 30,000 only). And student whose family income is less than 60% has to pay only 33% of the tuition fee. (Tuition fee for a semester is 1lakh)

As I have mentioned earlier, the scholarship is provided to all meritorious students. The full tuition fee is returned in terms of scholarship. A loan is also provided in very easy terms and conditions.

I think Gender ratio here is about 1:25 (1 girl per 25 boys) which is horrible. Students here come from every single part of India. International students also study here. Here, we have lots many clubs(dance, cyber, singing, acting, personality development club, etc). Our college has India's biggest library.

There are lots of facilities provided in hostels (except good food. Each hostel has its own canteen where all basic item is available, each hostel has its own badminton court, basketball courts, counseling etc. Some hostel even has a volleyball court also. Mess food is ok not very good.

Since our College is very old and well established, our alumni network is very vast. Every year an alumni meet is conducted. ISM Dhanbad's senior-junior relationship is advanced. All seniors help students in every possible manner.

Exam structure counseling on the semester system. The student has two give two semesters in a year. Each semester there is two examination. First is the mid-semester exam and the end semester exam. Mid-semester contributes 40%, end semester contributes 50% and rests 10% includes assignment and lab works

I gave jee advanced paper in 2016. I scored 126 marks in that paper. Before giving jee advanced paper we have to qualify to jee main paper to become eligible to sit in jee advanced exam. After that 8 round of counseling was conducted. JOSSA conducted the counseling.

The faculty of this college is highly qualified. Since they are faculties of IIT College most of them have done Ph.D. Lectures delivered by them are well planned. Some faculties are great in teaching while most of the faculty's lectures are very boring. This is the truth.
