Likes

The College hostel was the favourite part for me in the College
Celebrating different kind of festivals by the members of cultural committee
The mess food was also such wholesome & delicious

Dislikes

There was a little too much restriction for hostellers for taking permission of outing
There was no shop available inside the College campus to have some snacks
Library attendant was not active in the manner a librarian should be

I chose the branch Electrical Engineering as it is a core branch & gives a lot of opportunities for government jobs as well as opens way towards private sectors also. The College provides good number of placements for this branch.

College campus Placements are quite good, almost all the students gets placed . Companies like Tata power, Ceat, Jindal , L&T & many more reputed companies are called for hiring students on their company.

Fees and Financial Aid

Aa you look that it is a Government College & on the name of fee you just have to pay admission fee of 500 & 1000 examination fee per semester, & for the hostellers one has to pay 2000 per month for mess rather than these things you don't have to pay any tuition fee, still College provides opportunities for E- Kalyan scholarship & pragati scholarship.

Campus Life

Cultural committee is available for managing all the celebrations in the College including freshers party & farewell party, also College support NCC candidates to manage studies & classes as per there special requirement.

Admission

For admission one has to appear for entrance exam conducted by JCECEB & for general candidates your rank should be less than 800 & candidates with reservation can avail the seats even if they score rank arround 3000

The faculty to students ratio in the College was completely enough to complete the syllabus on time & also College drives recruitment on yearly basis for hiring faculty members. & All the facilities & HOD are quite interactive & helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall: Reviewing about my college my experience all over good I can't imagine that I have studying in this college for my bright feature even teachers have friendly in nature that is very good things in this college. Placement: I have grateful for the opportunity and experience I ever gained during my study time I credit my successful placement to the teachers of my college and heartful thank you for sharping me as a brides student. Infrastructure: Telling about infrastructure of my college is well organized like how student get frustrated in sunny days or heating power of sun and then they get cold water of aquaguard at the time is very helpful for hydrating their body in summer. Faculty: Talking about my college teachers like I am very glad to have for helping me I didn't feel like they get frustrated when I ask a question twice at a time.thankful for them. Hostel: Telling about hostel of college I am very glad that I didn't feel Home sickness like you can't imagine this is like your home rooms is staying facilities is also provided in bestest way. Suggest:- assignment and cource activity game improve

Inside my college -gp latehar

Placement Experience:

In my college the placement system is not very strong because no big companies actually visit our campus. Students become eligible from 5th semester but still there is no regular campus drive. Sometimes small local garages or workshops come but they dont offer proper package, mostly they give training type work with very low salary. So there is nothing like highest or average package in my college, and only around 5–10% students manage to get some kind of job through their own contacts or relatives. Most of the students prefer to go for B.Tech or prepare for govt exams after diploma because campus placement is almost not there. My plan after completing the course is also to study further and look for better opportunities outside, since my college does not provide strong placement support. Overall placement in my college is weak and needs lot good improvement but the vishal sir is very good to get job for for others

students get placemetns from the 5th semester and are also give training for a month. more company enter my college like tata ,mahindra, honda and etc. if you have good marks in you six semester and you answer the questions correctly , the company may offer you a high package,and you can also demand you package. for mechanical engineers 100%,electrical engineers 75%and other branch68%. i will work in the company after getting the degree

Placements: The placements in our college are very good. The highest salary package was 6 LPA and the lowest salary package was 2 LPA. There are also scholarships provided by our college. PFW Kotak is also provided to us. Currently, I am studying at KK Polytechnic and our branch is mechanical.

Students are eligible to apply for placements after 5th semester and many companies visit our college every year providing job opportunities. Name of the some of the companies visited this year are JSW STEEL, TATA STEEL, TATA POWER, Larsen and Toubro , etc. They provided on average of 15-20 offers for students . Average package was 5lpa and highest being 10lpa for student who got placed in TATA STEEL. They are offered jobs as site Junior Engineer. About 50% students got placed. I am planning to continue my studies further and completing B.Tech
