Likes

it has a good infrastructure in all departments in IT
it has a great facilities in library and canteen
education is good and faculty are very friendly

Dislikes

things i dislike is that they couldn't get us equipment for sports
it doesn't have a gym and pool for extra caricular activity
all over it is good as i spent 3 years in the college

they teach us professional ethics and manners and behaviour around professional people s around completely make us knowledge able for further future after engineering for future work skills too they prepareing us well

and if its about fees structure i joined in batch 2021 and paid of fees structure for 4 years of 65000 and its quite affordable to the engaging course and also we get scholarship of 18000 we got for 1 years and another 2 in pending

Campus Life

in our campus they approach every activity but they focus education at first then cultural activities and then the sports we are interested in sports more and we approach every sports and teachers appreciate us in sports to take part

Admission

as if its for vet placement here they give cutoff percentage of 50-60 k ranking in Karnataka board cet entrance exam and makes the fees to there rank to make it minimum for there level to help them in education through 4 years

when its about facility they are very friendly highly educated and doesn't compromise in syllabus and complete s syllabus and clears all the doubt in class only and even we can approach them in department too

Best Kept Secret

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum for this year is the updated one. Its 2025 Scheme for the students. The curriculum is well designed according to the needs of CSE students for real life coding. The curriculum contains all required and updated topics which students from CSE background require to develop excellent skills for jobs and startups. There should be only one internal exam instead of two. Because, two internal exams tend to keep them involved more into college exams leaving very less time to build their extra skills. Thus there should be only one internal exam so that students can build their extra skills.

MIT Manipal's Student Plaza is amazing!

Placement Experience:

MIT Manipal Placements starts at around 6th semester as atleast the training and all starts. So final interviews and all starts for us in the 7th semester and before entering 8th or the final semester most of the placements are already done. I still wants to pursue masters as our university has tie-ups with American universities and our course skills can be bettered with masters is what I feel.

MIT Manipal boast a night life worth spending!

Placement Experience:

Around 47 students in our course and in 2025 36 of them were placed and rest I don't think even applied as jobs were definitely available. Infosys, Polaris and others who are now world famous for building cyber security systems were at MIT Manipal to hire students.

5 month into the cmrit how it unfoleds for the freshers

Placement Experience:

the placements oppurtunity are there and you can grab a very good paackage from here. The highest is around 44 , average is 7 lpa. Students become eligible for final placemnts from 6-7 semester. Companies like thermo fisches , fractal , belc , hitachi and many other, have visited. The percentage of placemnt is quite high but people grabbing more than 30lpa is very few. after degree i want to go for job directly.

From the 7th semester, college starts to prepare you for campus placements the final year students are eligible for placements. Number of companies visited the campus named TCS, Jspiders/Qspisers and Kodnest. The highest package got in the placement is 9lpa and average package is 3.5lpa offered by the companies. 40% of students got placed.
