My uncle friend recommended for us to take this college... He don't know RREC and receiver difference.. So he said RREC is good.. So we have selected RREC college.. It means Raja Rajeswari engineering college.. Thats short from is RREC... So we selected this college

No they have not provided internship... Final project we have done in neyveli so we have stayed there and colmpled our project...

Placement Experience

Very worst.. We have never got on campus interview.. Off campus we have gone some colleges that even they will prefer there own college student... Finally one or two if vacant is there they will take otherwise they won't.. We have to come simply from the campus..

First year we have celebrated hostel day.. In that we have conducted some competition and college day itching.. Final year we have celebrated fairvel day.. On that we enjoyed lot.. That's in forgotable moment.. We have conducted singing, dancing, and many more..

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is as per Anna university norms.. So I paid only 32500 per year.. So totally fees is best for. Me I didn't spend much to complete my engineering... So for that I am very proud to be engineering students.. Iand outside also expensive more but I spent very less.

Fees and Financial Aid

First two years I got scholarship for first graduation but afterwards no scholarship has been received...

Campus Life

Nothing to say about extra curricular activities.. Labs also not up to the mark... But people will go other colleges for symposium and other sports activities... Apart from that nothing to be useful.. In this college.. People say mechanical engineering is good in this college.. But I say no..

Hostel Facilities

Hostel I tried only one year.. It's OK.. But not up to the mark.. Food as usual not good.. Even in Wednesday they put idly.. That's very terrible to eat.. Total food is waste and hostel also not in college camps.. It's in outside... So we have to go by bus daily..

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Nothing to say.. Just enjoy your life and e happy.. If we have a chance we can meet once.. Al my friends and college Mets am missing a lot.

Exam Structure

Exam process all as per Anna university norms.. So they will conduct as usual Anna university principles and to follow the same level.. Every exams for 3 hours and 10 to 1 o clock.. So timing they will keep up perfectly.. Other than that everything will be same

Admission

I have written entrance exam of Anna university and applied for councling then I went Chennai Anna university and selected this college.. I am selected this college because my uncle and his friend. Initially he thought RREC IS REC. but he said take this college.. But this college is not good what he has said..

Faculty

Faculty all are well educated but they will not show interest to elaborate particular topic detaily.. So they will take classes just for the salary.. For maths, we got a good professor... She will take classes very fast as well as very deep.. So that she won't waste time..

Placement Experience:

The overall placements of BMSIT is good. The average placement percentage is approximately 75-80%. There is a seperate Placement cell in BMSIT which helps in career options and also provide regular skill training programmes according to industry requirements. The average package in BMSIT is 6-9lpa and i have seen maximum of 22 lpa of a CS guy placed in Phonepay In our (civil) branch the average package is 4.5 lpa and placement percentage is 80%. If you not wish to go for jobs and have an idea to start a business, there is a inovation cell which supports for your buniness ideas. It also provides various online and offline platfroms to expose your ideas and helps getting funds is your ideas is really good.

I am currently not into the placement thingy as i have just started my 3rd year but heard a quite about the placements the college the highest is aroung 70 to 75 LPA and the average is ariund 12-14 LPA. Our college also offers masters program in abroad that is it is in collab with the University of ILLNOIS. After 3rd year students above certain CGPA are given chance to complete their degree here or complete B.E with M.E in ILLNOIS.

Well, Robotics and automation has not been quite influential in current times but it has started it's trend in Indian Industries. Meanwhile in my opinion, RRCE has the best opportunity for you if you opt for RA. They provide you with internships amd job opportunities. An industrial visit happens every semester to give practical learning experience.
