Likes
- I like the infrastructure of the college departments especially CSE department. We have a huge playground, indoor stadium and Gym inside the campus.
- The faculty are highly qualified and we have central library and ccc which can used by students at anytime
- The senior-junior bonding is the most useful in JNTUA life more than any other activities.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the teaching style of the advocates.
- The college atmosphere is not good that means no clubs are present in college
- Internships and mentorships are not provided
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is good for every student who wants to achieve their goal. They include real-time activities which are useful for job seeking. The teaching has to be improved to get better results from students. They are well-minded but not able to convert their efforts into real ones
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester the students are eligible for campus placement. Factset is the company which is giving the Highest package 10 lpa. TCS, myntra, tech Mahindra are other companies that visit our college placements. The average package is around 5.5 lpa. 30 per cent of students are placed every year for the past 2 years. Most of the students opt for higher education in my college
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee is very low when compared to other government colleges. The government provides fee reimbursement to eligible students only. Merit scholarships are available in our college and as minority Scholarships
Campus Life
Every department has its own department feast annually. The funds are arranged by the students only. The clubs are not actively running in my college. We have digital classrooms in every department.
Hostel Facilities
There are around 6 hostels in JNTUA . All the infrastructure of the hostels are good but the quality is not good. 3 members for each room . The mess is routine for year . They barely Change mess items. The registration process is done at hostel office only.
Admission
College admission through only AP eamcet for regular students and jee main score & interview for swedan batch students (3 years JNTUA + 1 year swedan education ). All the application process is through AP eamcet counselling. The application process after seat allotment in JNTUA took more time than expected.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 28 approx. It is good enough i think. Most of the faculty who are teaching are advocates and assistant professors. The professor's will only come to class very often and they will guide you to how to learn . We can approach to faculty at anytime to clarify or to get any information you needed
