- The patient flow at NIH is about 3000 patient per day which is the maximum among all Homoeopathic college in India

- The number of faculties present in NIH, kolkata is a bit less
- Exam in every 3 months interval , students get less time for study
- Many classes are taken by the PGTs and not by the profesors
Course Curriculum Overview
I believe this BHMS course is absolutely one of the best course from today's point of view and for future as patient are turning towards Homoeopathy from allopathy as it have a lot of side effects . Homoeopaths have a great future ahead
Internships Opportunities
Internship is there but only after 4th BHMS that is after 4.5years after clearing all the exam you have to do internship at NIH , kolkata only you will be paid approximately 25,000/ year while doing your internship which is compulsory
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees very each year but for the trend for last year was for 1st proff that is 1.5 years ,you need to pay around 44,000 and 20,000 each year for 3 consecutive years , For west bengal students we have aikyashree scholarship
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is the most attracting part of the college , the academic building is awesome, the OPD building is awesome ,hostel is great, there is a play ground , basketball, vollyball court for sports
Admission
First of all , you need to qualify the NEET examination with a good rank to get into National Institute of Homoeopathy, as it is the premier most institute of India , then have to do councelling for AACCC.in website that is ayush councelling and take admission
Faculty
Teachers are very friendly , they have a lot of knowledge in their respective subjects , they are always there to help and motivate students , but only one problem is that the no of teachers here a bit less than it should be
