Likes

I like how teachers make us learn about small small things, they give different different projects to help us learn about the subject.
I like the safety measures they take care of every girl out there.
Teachers are well experienced and they teach us well. They have a good knowledge about the subject they teach.

Dislikes

I don't like the rules they have created. They have created a very strict rules and regulations.
I think they should create more of the social environment for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is my own choice it make us learn about the world of fashion designing the course revolve around thhis subject about stitching, embroidery, designing , styling and so on.. It makes us prepare for the outer world in fashion designing. I guess the teaching method here is normal and it should be improved in aspects of ways and methods. They should teach beyond the course and to face real life challenges

Class Size: 15Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee is quite minimal according to other colleges . The complete cost of education for 1 year is 1lakh + 6000 for additional cosd course that is compulsory in the 1 year. The fees increases by time and year. I have completed my 1year so I don't much about further costs and fees

Campus Life

The fests and events that are held in our college are fashion show, freshers party, farewell party , cosmos and many other events are held per month. The library consists of books for every field there are different shelves for every subject and magazines are also available in the library.

Admission

The eligibility of the course was above 70%in 12th boards and I guess it's quite easy for students to apply for the course. I have found the application form at the admission office in the college. The application form fees was 500/- . 4 exams are scheduled 2 CA's and 1 mid sem and second is semester end exam that is the final exam of semester

Faculty

I think in my course the faculty is quite experienced and gave expertise in their subject and it makes us easy and helpful to learn about this field .For Every subject one teacher is there and they teach us well , they give us tasks in day to day life for better understanding. It's easy to interact with them they are quite friendly and strict at the same time. We can ask any query and interact with them without any hesitation.

Campus placements starts from 7th semester Many known brands and companies visited the college including amazon nyka snitch etc... Highest package was of 5200000 and average package is of 600000 No such idea about percentage of students getting placements Probably opening my own jewelry brand in the world market

Placement Experience:

So, the students are eligible for placements after the 8th semester, which is after they graduate. As for Fashion Communication (FC), the companies range from news channels like NDTV, to companies like Shopper's Stop, Magazine outlets like Vogue, and Media channels like MTV, almost every sub field requires FC students, given the vast area of our studies. You can get the proper details on Official NIFT FC website, since these are just the details from the top of my head. Also, I have to admit I'm not very well informed about the placement situations or the statistical numbers, but as far as I have heard from the seniors, almost every graduate leaves with a job, or chooses to get into freelancing. The highest package received was by one of my seniors, which is 24lpa, and the average is approx 15lpa. As for my plans after getting my degree, I'm still exploring, since I'm in sem 4, and only halfway thru my degree. I'm leaning towards either Fashion Journalism, Styling, PR and Brand Management or Creative Direction, but I'm still keeping my options open.

My Days at MUJ

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum would prepare you 60% for the real world and real problems that are faced in actual fields because the basic things are taught once you go do a job the problems are quite different then what we think. We aren't taught what or do if the cutting team cut the pattern in the wrong orientation and now the flowers are facing down.

Experience in IIS UNIVERSITY

The reason why I choose this college is many firstly it is girls college and my parents want this, second point is that courses and good environment. Many our relatives gave good reviews on this and we also inspect and they are right it is really good in many levels. Social interaction and communication improvement of a student is very important nowadays this college opens many doors for aspiring students to improve their communication and social interaction. Palki sharma the news anchor she passed out from iis university her communication and anchoring is commendable. theatre work is also very good many girls play roles in television and establish their name in their fields. Ncc girls, fest every 6 months which gave you big exposure and you can check your business skills.
