I like our cafeteria as they have many options that consider healthy
I like our classes, well maintained and clean.
Lift that can use students and teachers both

Dislikes

Classes which do not have AC as in summers they do have to on their AC
Washrooms, they are clean but sometimes in the particular building the water line is not working
Assignments, they give too many assignments

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because home science was my favourite subject when I was in 11th or 12th standard and I got good marks in this particular subject so that's why I choose to continue this course in my college too. I also took part in academics or societies in college. The teaching methods are good but sometimes classes are held in that some which every student hate like they are not proper ventilated so they should have to improve this. The exam timings always between 9-12 mostly. They free us as soon as possible during exams.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In the first year, the tuition fee was comparatively more than other years. As in second or third year, the fees is comparatively less than the first year. First year fees was around- 30000, 2nd year- 22000, 3rd year- 23-24000. Total bachelor cost is nearly 75000-80000. They do charge exam fees too including practicals that is asking 1300 every semester fees.

Campus Life

There is a most famous fest of our college named quintessence. And society of our colleges always organize events after few months. The library has so many books and the good thing is that students like to go to library. There are multiple societies that students join like art society, fashion society, debate, drama, sports, photography and film society

Admission

In my time, there was no entrance exam but it is always good to check your eligibility. The last cut off in my course was 85% and you have fill the form of CUET and DU form too. So that you can get admission regarding your cuet score. I know CUET exam is not that easy but if you prepare well, it will get pass easily as there are general knowledge questions mostly.

The faculty members are great as they helped everyone whether they are teachers or staff members. Teachers and lab staffs are so friendly with their students. Infact, in practical classes when teacher observe us to do something but if we forgot a little thing in it so lab staff always there to help us.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of Hansraj College is quite active. You are eligible to sit for campus placement offers from 5th semester onwards. Companies like Deloitte, capgemini arw frequent recruiters for several posts and positions. The highest offered package is somewhere around 22000 with the average being at 700000-800000. Not all students get placed on campus, however thr hands on training and learning makes you industry ready, making you eligible amd worthy to apply for off campus placement opportunities. Many students prefer not to sit for campus placements and rather opt for higher studies after graduation. I plan to do the same after getting my undergraduate degree.

Life in RAMJAS

Course Curriculum Overview:

Cource curriculum is highly relevant. It covers fundamental and advanced concepts of zoology , which was the main reason I choose this course. Subjects like human physiology, biochemistry, biomolecules, comparative anatomy of vertebrates, animal behaviour, ...etc. are highly interested and align with my interest. Practical components help in developing and understanding concepts more clearly. However, real world applications is limited. Curriculum prepare students well for further academics for PG or other competitive exams. Exam system is conducted at regular intervals with Internal assessment and semester end. Timings are appropriate . Difficulty level is moderate to high.

Good and nice college to opt for if one wants to be a dietitian.

Admission process was totally offline first i had to fill out the form for it then the cut off came for it in which i found my name. Then i go to college and completed further admission process by submitting my documents and submitting fees for the course. Admission in the course totally depends upon the merit list and no entrance is there for it.
