Course Curriculum Overview

4

I opted for mbbs which is obvious as i had qualified neet exam. Mbbs is a degree which gives us a day to day exposure to the common people. It's a degree of service, which includes a day/night work without any complaint, but not now as I'm currently in 2nd year only.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

We have a 1year fixed internship after completion of the course for all the students in our hospital after which we can opt for neet pg to grab MD/MS seats in other colleges. This is the fixed internship guidelines give by national medical council (nmc) hence all the medical colleges of india follows this. One thing bihar as a state doesn't have bond to serve after internship but many other states have this bond like in up after internship you have to serve the state government for around 2 years and during this period you won't be allowed to write neet pg paper.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee in the first year is approximately 15900/-(gen & obc) Which includes all the fees like academic, hostel, exam, magzine, gym, miscellaneous fees Which decreases as we proceed to next year like in the 2nd year i had to pay 11900 only, Which is cost effective as well. Government medical Colleges in bihar has fees in these range only .

Campus Life

3

Here we have annual fest as umang, which is actually college foundation day. Fest includes various sports opportunities including indoor & outdoor games . Fashion shows, nukar natak, stage performances etc all happens during umang . Here classrooms are ok included with AC, projecters, etc Normally in every 3-4 months we have various tournaments like cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball, etc

Admission

To get admitted you have to firstly clear neet exam with a very good marks. Cut-off rank for general is around -> Air-13-15k After the neet result you have to register for counseling process, 15% of 120 seats goes to aiq counseling for which you have to register to mcc.com 85% of 120 seats goes to bihar state quota pool and you have to register to bcece.com

Faculty

4

Teachers in our college are well qualified and they are concerned about our study, we can ask them questions individually and they are happy to solve our problems, here we have a mentoring group including 1 professor per 12 students, it gives us a very good exposure to a doctor.

Other Applied Colleges

Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences - [VIMS] | Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

It was a new college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum well prepare us for real world but only in theory. The practical part is very less. Like it is all theory and in my MBBS field we have to be good in practical. The exams are okish and it's not that difficult.

No doubt MBBS course is very vast in itself. It's requires patience time and endurance. Yes it sucks. But at the end you will be a doctor. A good clinician . If one balance life health and study properly its gonna be a piece of cake .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are too vast and the pressure on the students is very high. There is always a fear of failing in one or more subjects every year. Always a rat race going on where students are just reciting the recorded lectures But the subjects are interesting when studied in depth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS because I always wanted to study medicine. There are 125 students in our batch and almost 8-10 professors in each department, so that amounts to about 1 professor for every 12.5 student for each department. Teaching is very practical based and we get enough hands on experience. Exams are always held on time but they aren't hard to pass, consistent studies will be helpful

Course Curriculum Overview:

At first, from class 10, I was determined to become a Doctor. And for this, I chose this MBBS degree course which is of 5 and half years duration. Now, NMCH, Patna truly speaking is not among the well-known colleges in Bihar or other States, as PMCH and IGIMS. Having situated in a new city area and having its Hospital 3km away from the College campus makes it a little less famous than others. But now, after spending a year in it, I get to know and accomplish this through so many highly qualified Professors and HOD. In 1st year I had to study 3 subjects Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry. The professors taught these subjects to us very nicely. Especially those in Anatomy were very good. A major drawback was that we were provided with only one cadaver in the Dissection Hall, but now after our batch 3-4, cadavers are being provided. So overall NMCH holds helpful and strong faculty services.

I choose this course because I want to become a physician The faculty and students ratio is completely balance and very satisfied Undoubtedly this is a professional course then their qualifications will be upto the marks and teaching methods is also amzing and you will enjoy if you show interest otherwise bery boring to learn Term exam often happen within 6 month sometimes it's late and final exam after the year completion If you study from the beginning not so much difficult to pass but syllabus is so vast so you have to precise for study. If you are sincere then it will become easy to pass the exam
