The syllabus is framed by the executive committee set up the Pondicherry University and it is updated whenever required so it is latest in trend and easy to grasp makes the basic concepts crisp and clear, thus forming the strong foundation for further progress. Recently it was updated in 2013 and another revision is yet to be made in 2020. The exam fees structure is premised by the Pondicherry university to which the college is affiliated to. The exam fees structure is as follows RS 150 for each theory paper and Rs 200 for each practical paper per semester. Roughly a student has to pay around Rs 2200 per semester as Exam fees.

Yes, the college has signed MoU with some of the organizations to provide training and internship opportunities to the students. Recently our college co-provided us as intern opportunity to work as an intern on the website revamping project of the Shri Balaji Vidyapeeth University and its constituent colleges and currently about 30 students various departments are working as an intern on this project. Yes, the placements and job opportunities of this college are very good and it is in the growth year by year. This year around 33 students of the CSE department is placed in a well-reputed institution. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA CTC.

The college conducts various events and National Level Technical Symposiums every year. RECOFES is the well known Yearly cultural cum Technical Fest conducted by our college Each year. Apart from this, each department conducts its own Technical Symposium and Workshops. The college also Celebrates ENGINEERS DAY ON September 15 on grand Manner in the name BETA (Budding Engineers Talent Awakening). This February 21, 22 2019 CSE department is conducting its symposium called COMFIESTA 2K19.

If the admission is got through Centralized Admission Committee the fees would come around 50,000 which can be paid in two installments that is 25,000 per semester. Hence it is feasible for students coming from the Middle class to pay the fees without much financial Burden.

Students those who are admitted through the counseling by the Centralized Admission Committee is eligible for the scholarship of 25,000 per year as long as he cleared all the papers in the concerned semester with the aggregate of 50 percent.

The college has well-equipped laboratories to carry out various experiments. The computer laboratory is well equipped with latest configuration machines and servers to cater to the needs of the students. The college is connected to the Internet which is 100 MBPS leased line provided by BSNL, enable the students to access all the educational resources.

As the college is affiliated to Pondicherry University, there is a Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) which does the process of admission to the 50 percent of available seats. One has to apply for single window counseling the CENTAC portal. A merit list is prepared by them based on the average of Physics, Mathematics, Computer science/Biology marks scored in the HSC Examination. As per the merit list, the students are called for counseling and the seats are filled. There is also second and third sitting of the counseling to fill up the vacant seats. the remaining 50% of the seats are filled by the management based on the admission test.

The faculty of this college is well trained and the majority of them are Ph.D. holders from reputed universities. They train the students both theoretically as well as practically. Moreover, each staff is assigned with 5 students of the same department they belong to take mentor and guide them as well-wisher both on academic and personal problems.
