Course Curriculum Overview
I want to pursue higher study in mathematics so I choose this course. For entry into that course, you must have mathematics at the 12th level. You have to apply through the University website. MDU.ac.in. The exam will be conducted in May and December month.
Internships Opportunities
The University has a special placement cell that conducts placement drives on a weekly basis. More than 50 percent of students studying here are getting placed. Some recruiting companies are- relaxo, ibm, Microsoft, Med Easy, etc.
Placement Experience
Form the 6th semester students are eligible for the placement. The companies visit regularly for placement drive. Some companies name are relaxo , sportech, med easy, etc. More than 50 percent student are getting placed. I want to pursue higher studies in mathematics after that course.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees for complete course is 40000 (5years) .the fees should decrease by some amount every year. There is also various scholarship available . I also received scholarship every year of 18000 rupees every year. There is also scholarship for topper students.
Campus Life
Names of annual fest are - cultural fest induction programme, author gathering, sportech event, diwali fest ,rang bahar etc. The ca pus has huge central library - Swami vivekanada library. Sports facilities include cricket ground, squash, wrestling, swimming pool etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is accomodated as 2 students per room. Each room has two study tables given. The University has 10 boys hostel and 10 girls hostel each having 240 student capacity. For getting hostel your home should be at least more than 50 km distance.
Admission
For eligibility into that course you must have mathematics in 12th class. You have to apply on University website. The entrance exam include 100 use of moderate level with no negative marking.. the exam will be done twice a year 1st in December month and 2nd in May month. The exam is of moderate level.
Faculty
All the teaching faculty are well experienced and well educated. They are professor and assistant professor. Sometimes when they are busy they send their scholar to teach. Their teaching method is good. They have good relations with students.
