The campus is big and covered with the beautiful green trees, all kinds of festivals are celebrated in a very disciplined manner.
The teachers are well qualified and provide the required study materials and clear the doubts of the students in a simple way.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm very fond of biology subject from my school days onwards, being it my favourite subject I choose to study zoology in my Bsc and Msc and aiming to persue the lectureship in future. The exam are conducted in a semester way, two semester in year and sessional exams in each semester following with seminars, projects, assignments, practicals. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate for me.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 22000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the course is 22000 in each year, course duration is 2 years. It provides a Scholarship named as National Scholarship Portal, provides a Scholarship for each year with the exact amount paid for the course.

Campus Life

All kinds of festivals in Assam especially Bwisagu, Saraswati puja etc are celebrated along with the other programs related to departments like the freshers meet, Varsity weeks are celebrated,the sports played during the varsity week include football, volleyball, high jump, long jump, Kabbadi, Cricket etc. By conducting different social events in the University students gained knowledge and could express their point of view.

Admission

In my time there wasn't any entrance exam due to Covid, so the selection process was made on the Bsc percentage of the students. Students whose names was on the merit was allowed to take the admission for the respective department.

Faculty

All the teachers specifically in my department are well qualified with Phd degree. All of them have their unique way of teaching and make the topics easy and simple to understand. The exams are conducted where the questions are in such a way that maximum students can attempt it with ease.

The reason behind choosing this course is my deep interest in research area as our department shows good result in research domain .The curriculum provides us some topics that are to be deeply understood like we are imagining those topics in 3-D way and that will helps us in future aspects.
