Course Curriculum Overview

I thought computer science and engineering is good and Trending course in India and this college is good in placements and average package.this college average package is almost equal to many nit .so I choose this as per my percentile in jee main

Internships Opportunities

Flipkart, samsung are some of the big companies giving placements ants and internships here.Average package for last year is 24lpa and median package is around 22. Placements are good in our college according to seniors if u maintain good cgpa

From 3rd year and 4 th year students will get placements and maximum students in 3rd year will get internships .Many companies like Flipkart,samsung etc... visited our college for placements and highest package last year is 1.2crpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is about 2,00,000 for OBC and general category and 67000 for other categories . There are many scholarships available to students like NSP and we get some other based on jee score and cgpa from 3rd semister

Campus Life

The annual fest conducted here is tarang and many small fests will be conducted on festival days whole year and dance competitions namely footloose will be held . Iitdmj is winner of inter IIIT games last year

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are nice with ventilation,beds and study tables but mess is just average and non veg is introduced this year only.south Indians have to adjust for food and even here north ones are not satisfied with food

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

You should get above 98 percentile if you are OBC , general or EWS for getting cse in this college.and above 92 percentile if you are other categories . you will get some fee benefits if you are SC or ST candidate

There will be around 140 students in the class and the teaching will be on blackboard and projector with the help of mic. It's all about student interest . teachers are of good knowledge but very few don't have good teaching abilities

Simply outstanding

Placement Experience:

If we're talking about placements so students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. Many of companies came to my college to hier students and companies like yash technologies, wipro , infosys etc. Students get highest package of 12lpa and average package of 3lpa. 90% of students got placed and remaining 10% are those who didn't sit in placement and some of them who want to do higher studies. My plan is to get a good job at a good position in a reputed company

Abhii toh mai 1st year me hu but I think for placement you have skills so aap 2nd year se v eligible ho but mainly 3rd ... highest package 16 -17 lakh and average package 5 lakh something My main aim is to get placed in good company

Placement Experience:

The college placement is quite average upto 14 15 lakh.there are so many companies like Infosys. Etc visited for placement every year. Students became eligible for internship in 5th semester and wil get placement in 4th year.i planned to became successful software engineer.

My college placement is very low to high. Minimum package is 150000lacks and highest package is 130000 lacks. And off campus placement is 5300000 lacks. My college students is rejected by minimum package.

Placement Experience:

Placement os this college is quite decent as compare to other iiits .i thinkl from 6th smester students become eligible for placements . name of companies include atlassian , zomato, synosin, etc came. As per the iiitbhopal website 2025 placements ; the highest package is 85lpa and the avg is 15lpa . and 85 percent people is got placed . my plans after getting degree is looking for high paying job as i have invested too much money on this degree.

2-3 onwards Google nvidia naggaro amazon Highest package was 82 lpa Avg I think is 12 lpa but you have to get 8 cgpa to be able to sit in placement I think get a good placement and then some other plans

Placement Experience:

After the vivid there we see a lack of placement opportunities in branches . But , Because of college reputation you will easily get hired in various companies offcampus for high branches . There is lack of opportunities in core branches . Although the avarage package offered is about 4lpa to 6lpa for higher branches and a highest is about 52 lpa (2 years ago) . After getting the degree mostly students go for masters and also in IIT's or NIT'S for higher studies .

Life as a Student of IIITDM Jabalpur

I wanted a National college which should be government, according to my rank in JEE Mains I was getting other Nits and iiits and also some state government colleges but i preferred this because it is in my home city jabalpur No i didn't got any rejections i applied to because this college was my fiest priority and according to my interest. According to your JEE mains rank when you are selected in this college by Jossa/Csab counselling Online physical reporting is done first then within 10-15 days you have to physically report to the college, after it you are alloted your respective hostel to live and from next week classes get started My overall admission experience was really very good, it was my dream college You have to achieve rank under 1.5 lakhs to get admission here if you are from obc category For general category you have to achieve rank under 70000 to come here For sc/st candidates you have to achieve rank under 2 lakhs to come to this college as per previous year cutoff...Read More
