Although the placement is okkay in HBTU butcource curriculam is not good and even infrastructure also not good. There are total of 8 sem n each se 2 mid sem and one end sem is conducted. Curriculam has les effort towards your preparation for real world application.

the which afre companies are visited to our college are good, But college placement for 2024 is too bad only 50 % but for 2023, 2022, 2021 or less it is too good. Companies visited with 0 offer - many(Hireme, Circle Pe, companies with offer -TCS, Z scakar, Insurance Dekho, Samsung, Synopsys, InteligenAI, IBM

Fees and Financial Aid

No increament in tution fees. For first year it is ~136500 and for 2nd, 3rd, 4th it is 127500 for each year. total cost= 136500+4*127500 hostlel and mess=~60000 Scholarship for General is 54400+56600+56600+(did not recieve)

Campus Life

annual festival is Adhyaay cultural, Technica techncal fest, Agaaz sport fest, Oragnized each year and Experience is good. Library is not 24x7 it is open for 10 am to 4pm. There are may clubs and social groups.

Admission

For admition HBTU consider JEE main rank and CUET for lateral. It conduct seperate conselling. I do not avail any reservation. It also have 3 Fee waiver for branch opener (rank ~11000 in 2020) Cutt of for CSE is (~11000 to 23000 for general in 2020)

Placement is already average and also increasing every year and i have heard from a masters senior that in 4 days 1000 students got placed and still placements are going on and i can say it is pretty good and improving and increasing every year and our college also has wipro labs ios development centre and many more things and people get eligible from 6th semester 3rd year and highest package was of 30-40+LPA IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES for highly skilled students and average is 5-6 LPA package dependss in skills and communication skills and confidence and all roughly 70-80% students and eligible to get placed and also for it and cse students its higher and increasing every year and so on

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More
