- Hostel maintanence is not at all good despite paying good punt of fees.
- Mess food is not at all good.Many students are not satisfied with mess.
Course Curriculum Overview
In the very first year all the branch students will be having same subjects.The subjects were the basics of the respective branches so that all the students have idea on every branch. From second year onwards Students are seperated into seperate sections and core subjects will be introduced.All the subjects and labs will have outcomees to implement in real life
Placement Experience
Every year our college is top among all the NITs in placement but this year the number dropped significantly due to recession. A total 850 students around 60 percent students has Been placed with an average package of 13 LPA.Highest package was from thought spot company 88LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
For general category people's the fees was 62500 per semester. They will provided some fee waivers according to your income Income > 5 lakhs - FULL FEE TO BE PAID INCOME BETWEEN 1-5 LAKHS -20833 INCOME < 1 LAKH- NO FEE For international students the fee structure is different.
Campus Life
To enchnce the students all round development and encouraging extra curricular activities college have some clubs where students will be taken interviews to join into the club they are intrested. Inter NIT competition also will held where people who are interested in sports can participate
Hostel Facilities
As I am final year student we were accomadated in 1k hostel.The hostel fees was 17000 per semester single occupancy.First second third years will be given different hostels and their fee structure of will be varied. But after 17000 also we don't have proper hostel facilities and maintenance is not good.
Admission
To get into college we have to write JEE examination.This test is conducted by NTA.After clearing the test we have to attend JOSSAA counselling where we have to select the colleges and seat will be alloted according to our rank. To the people who missed in JOSSAA a special round CSAB is also conducted.
