Course Curriculum Overview

The course I selected was bcom computer application and I was a science student. So I have some difficulties in accountancy. With the help of the teacher, I managed to pass exams. Still, I got some back paper and I will definitely complete the course.

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 82000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The payment of the fee was in six terms. There are six semesters for our course each semester we have a fee of RS 10000-15000. We have numerous scholarships and I applied for them and I received an amount of Rs 5000 in the second year of my study.

Campus Life

Our campus life was not very good and not very bad. I suggest that our campus life was average compared to other colleges. The rules and regulations are tough to obey and still we still managed to study there. Books are there in the library.

Admission

I was admitted to St. Joseph College pilathara in the management seat. The donation charge was 40000 and the required percentage of the previous year's exam was 75. But I passed the previous year's exam with a percentage of 73. After a long discussion, the management allowed me to study there.

Good at times

Placement Experience:

Students who have no back papers are eligible for their campus placement . They don't have wide variety of companies but some are good to an extent. Some of the students got placed in good companies and some got rejected

By completing the last semester students are eligible for campus placement. There is a very large number of companies recruited from the campus including IT companies like Infosys, Technocrat, etc. The average package is more than 15k.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to be an Accountant. So I did choose the Bcom finance course. Faculties are very friendly and supportive. All the faculties are pg and bed completed ones. There are many teachers who have cleared the net, set exams, and also guest lectures. Due to covid 19 times, exams were not regularly done. we did immense hard work to clear the exams. Up to 3 semesters of exams were taken regularly that is with 6 months gap. From November to June, the last 3 semesters were taken. Also, the examiners and valuation were liberal.

About my perfect St Joseph's College pilathara

The eligibility of the course is 12th and to have a better marks and percentage in the 12th examination above 75 is the starting and u can get management seats but it's costly.You can find the application form in the website of the college and you can also visit the college for it there is no application fee regarding the addmission the datee of the application is after the 12th results. Reservation benfit is useful for the students by management it is offered there students can get reservation for the seats by giving amounts for the management.the frequency of the exam is nice and the timing is also under the kannur University. It is not that much difficult. There must be an improvement in the addmission because the attitude of the management is not that much better. But now at 2024 the management got changed and the way it is so good. I would recommend you to this college because it is a good college and u can get benifits of add on courses here and so many extra programs here....Read More
