Our College - AIIMS Kalyani

MBBS is a 5.5-year-long course in which a student is introduced to various aspects of the medical field and taught various skills to treat an unhealthy person. A total 19 subject are taught in this course. All the chapters are followed by the practical application in real life.

There is a compulsory internship for all MBBS students for one year after 4.5 years of course. Here students are exposed to real-life medical cases, and they learn how to diagnose, do various tests, and treat the patients.

The total fee for 5.5 year MBBS course including hotel fee(excluding mess fee) is 5856. This fee is constant and equal for all MBBS students irrespective of his/her rank. Scholarship is provided to eligible candidates through NSP.

ELYSSIA is the annual fest of AIIMS Kalyani. It is usually held in April month every year. Various cultural programs and sports are organized on this occasion. All classrooms are provided with AC. Laboratories are provided with all the needed instruments. Various types of books you can find in the library related to the medical field.

All the MBBS students of AIIMS Kalyani are given a hostel facility which costs total 990 rupees for whole MBBS course (excluding mess fee). The mess fee is 4300 rupees per month. The food quality is average. The nonveg is given 5 days in a week. Registration for hostel is done after admission process in warden office of hostel itself.

For admission in AIIMS KALYANI, you will have to qualify NEET-UG. Only this is way to get admission in this college. For admission you will have to participate in AIQ Counseling by MCC. Cut off Rank- General 2000-2300 OBC 3500-4000 EWS 4000-4500 There is a reservation for the OBC, EWS, SC, and ST categories.
