I don't have any bad reviews regarding the college as the faculty has proved to be very helpful and it is very fresh around here. The teachers, as well as the students, support if anyone is interested in some new venture and they give proper guidelines for that.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum here is strictly based on AKTU Guidelines. Every subject has equal importance and is given equal weight-age while deciding the overall percentage of the student.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, Our college provides internships to every branch of the College students and there are Internships fair organized every Summer as well as winter break. There are all types of companies that provide Stipends ranging from their requirements.
College Events
There are various events celebrated in our college such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Janmashtami, Swalakshya, Tech Fest, Jagran Night, Dandiya Night, Freshers party, Star Night and Alumni Meet, Hostel Party and many more small events in between these main events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure includes all the different basic amenities that are essential for any college life. But it is affordable as there are many other institutes with very much high fees and they do not even provide facilities. The hostel charges are excluded as they have both AC as well as non AC rooms.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college provides very good scholarship schemes for meritorious students. There are different criteria for scholarship i.e. above 90%, Between 85-90%, between 80-85%. Also Above 90% of students are provided with an International trip every year.
Campus Life
The gender ratio here is very good as there is an approximately equal number of boys and girls in every branch which makes them environment-friendly. There are students from all over India which makes IIMT a diverse college. All the other activities are also considered equally and given importance and other activities are conducted frequently.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel has all the facilities in it including a separate gym for both boys and girls. There is a mess area and a kitchen provided separately. Every floor has its own water cooler and there is laundry as well as cleaning facility available. Also, mess food is good as there is a different menu every day.
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni network of IIMT is great as there is an Alumni meet conducted in which there is a good response from seniors as well as alumni and they tend to enjoy it very well.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of Interview. First, I had to go through an interview in various fields of the branch that I was going to opt for. Then a proper Group discussion was conducted in which we had to prove our worth and why should IIMT take us as their students.
Faculty
The faculties of IIMT are very supportive and friendly. They have an in-depth knowledge of the subject they are teaching and of other subjects as well. They never say No if we have any query, instead they are always ready to solve the problems and give us an exact solution to that.
