Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

There is more of experiential learning. Comprehensive terms are used to the most and which make us aware of the terminologies of the corporate Sometimes due to more of events there is no gap in classes and the pressure is too much. So the scheduling should need some corrections

Internships Opportunities

4

There are many internship opportunities for Human Resource, Finance, Marketing and Operations. There are Aptitude, GD and PI round of the companies for shortlisting of students. Stipend is also 20k to 50k per month. Projects are assigned by the companies and PPO is also provided

Placement Experience

4.5

From term 4 or I can say from 3rd Semester students become eligible for placements. 150+ companies visited the campus for placements and 1000+ offers have been made. Highest package is of 22 LPA. 95% students gets placed for sure. So try to be in the first 20%. I would like to get a job after degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Course I'm pursuing is quite valid in proportion to the fees I'm paying. Still there should be more facilities of stationary and shops in the campus. Opting for Human Resource Management is a great choice. There should be more companies to come for placements of HR

Campus Life

4.5

The infrastructure is good. The environment is positive. There are clubs which are necessary to join for the students as they provide credit points. Well this decision Is the best to do this because involving in different club activities makes you learn alot. We have SGDs also to join and social work projects

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facilities are up to requirements. There's quick solvance available for the problems. But one thing I would like to suggest to give options to change rooms and switch roommates according to the comfort zone of the individual

Admission

Universal Business School has a cut off of 60 percentile and there was GD and PI round. As I cleared both I got the joining letter of the college. I'm grateful to learn in an AI University with lies in the lap of nature. They not only make us ready for the corporates but also give great exposures before placements like Live Projects and Summer internship program and certification courses

Interview Experience

4

Yes, I have undertaken Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds for the admission process and I got selected. But there should be transparency to the students who got selected and even to those who didn't about where they are lacking and where they are winning

Placement Experience:

The average Lpa of the college is 9 lpa so it is good. Marketing gets 100% placement as compared to other streams. There is booth on campus and off campus placement. And the placement cells bring good companies and there are chances of PPO also.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
