Hostel food quality is little bit low.so
Colleges is in remote area we have less transportation facilities
Fear of climate changes as the college is located in hilli area

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course because of my interest and cousin's suggestion.The faculty is good and their qualifications are M.tech,Phd.Faculty student ratio is 135:1400.The term exams are conducted with proper planning and within specified months duration.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible from 3-1 sem to attend the campus placements.Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys, etc approach our college.Average package is 4.5 LPA and highest package is 8 LPA.About 60-70 % of students are placed in companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is full reimbursement for all the students except govt.job holder parent's students.Only mess bill of 2500/- per month is paid and Epass scholarship is applied by all.All girls of our college apply for pragati scholarship every year.

Campus Life

Every year annual fest and tech fest is conducted in the months of march/april.All types of course books and various journals are available in the library.Each classroom has all facilities with projector.Games and sports are also conducted.

Hostel Facilities

After getting seat allotment in the colllge ,we can join the hostel by paying 10,000/- and this money is refunded later.The hostel is good with facilitirs like clean rooms,free wifi,gym hall,tv hall,dining hall, etc..

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Admission

Inter and diploma students are eligible.To get admission in this college,inter students must appear for eamcet and diploma students must appear for ecet entrance exams. Cutoff ranks : Eamcet - 10,000-17,000 Ecet - 250-700

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

There are several reasons that I chose this college over other colleges. Very first thing is that it is a government college and gave NBA and NACC accreditation. Which makes our certificate valuable and helps us to stand out of crowd. The second reason is infrastructure. Even though it is a government college The infrastructure here is too good. Third reason is fee structure here in this college fee Structure is very less which makes education affordable even for the people having poor economical background. Next is the library here before joing here I visited this college and that the i saw the library. It seemed for me like a holy place of knowledge. Our library has a huge books collection. And it also contains the good authors books collections ,research papers,project documentations daily news papers available in 2 different languages and lso vocabulary development books, books that gives us wisdom, competitive exam books and all.
