There's nothing much to complain about the college. The faculties & services provided by the College are astounding. Now we the students need to work hard to get the heights.
Entrance Preview
I took admission on the basis of MHT CET through cap round. There was no such interview process.I choose the Civil Engineering course because I have some interest in that field so I selected civil engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course so far is very good. I am getting plenty of new things to know basics as well as advance.The theory is about practical but no practical experience is there till now. No research initiatives in my knowledge hasn't undertaken in my institute yet.
Internships Opportunities
The college don't provide any internships. At least I haven't done any & don't got the opportunity for it yet. The college must provide the internships for each and every student.
Placement Experience
There are good placements for the college . All of the sinhgad's branches gather in the sinhgad VADGAON main branch. There are 70% students placed. Major companies are Cognizant, BYJU, AMAZON,etc
College Events
There are many huge events held in the college. Biggest among this all is the annual gathering. It is named as SINHAGAD KARANDAK. In this event, there are foreign music & DJs invited to perform. Since the last 2 years, chain-smokers, W & W. have won the hearts of students. The average footfall must be around 10k. The college authorities contribute well for the same. The entry here is open i.e for everyone. Just they must have the passes along with them.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Whole fees should be paid at once .But if some can't afford then the can pay some part of fees initially and then rest after some time For open or is around 90k For OBC it is Around 50k For SC ST category it is very low which is around 10 k
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are scholarship provided by the College. It is in the behalf of government i e scrutiny board. Category wise scholarships are provided. Also the open category students gets the scholarship named EBC Freeship. The college also helps in getting the educational loan.
Campus Life
The college in terms of Extracurriculars in extraordinary. There are a plethora of activities performed in college to enhance & sharpen the students quality. We get ample opportunities to explore our talent. There are NSS like committees formed in college. Under which many events are organized like blood donation, tree plantation, etc. There are sports events held every year.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I was there in hostel.No problem with the hostel at all , well managed clean happy with the service . But the main problem is the mess food it very low quality as price we pay for it is not so good .Neither hostel room are excellent . I paid 55k for hostel + mess
Alumni/Alumna
The college alumni are invited to the college at the time of annual gathering & programs. Here they addresses students. But there isn't much interaction among us . The alumni surely contributes in the overall development of students and college.
Exam Structure
Doing practical in lab are enjoyable practice so not getting tired at all by there seriousness in academic work no chill culture.
Faculty
Satisfied with the faculty. Majority are very well experience and some new one are also good.Teachers are very interactive helps in all sort of problems personal or academic. The teaching standard is high
