Entrance exam was common entrance examination that was cet given by everyone in maharastra state. And through that allocation of this college was there.

Course choosen was not that interesting and entertaining. Research initiatives were not taken by our institute electives were given

Internships were provided and welcomed. It was great experience, seems college should start such programs and should be held more frequently

Placements were taking place but every student did not get opportunity to opt for interview as we were not eligible so something in that part should be improved

Events organized were rocking. It ws the only time we enjoyed the most. In our college as well as other colleges where we visited. College authorities also contributed

Fee structure was affordable not fr everyone but surely for the ones admitted through management quota. Rest had many facilities.

College provided scholarships and it was helpful. Students from villages also came. Our college has many other branches and we are a big family

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are given equivalent weightage and it is the most appreciated thing we can say in our college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel residency was not accommodated by me. Knowing from friends boys enjoyed it but girl students use to complain as hygiene factor was not much considered

Alumni/Alumna

Alumi visit our college during events extracurriculars days time. Events when organised they use to visit

Exam Structure

Examination is the most hated thing in my life. Practical exams would be enjoyed more is my personal opinion

An Honest review of PICT

Placement Experience:

PICT is known for its placement record, so talking about it more. In the academic year AY 2023-24, even though a massive recession hit the IT industry, PICT students held off and held off quite well. 706 people out of 760 enrolled got placed into a company which makes 92.89% placement. Rest were placed off-campus. The average package CTC was 13.01LPA while the median package CTC was 10.11 LPA. Around 110 companies visited the campus. The hghest package was CTC 47.28 LPA provided by Adobe for Software Engineer role. I am planning on getting placed in a multinational company with a good pay package or do higher studies in physics.

T&P cell of our college works hard to get maximum of our students placed. Those who opt to not get placed are generally those who are preparing for entrance exams. Companies like Cognizant, Tata motors, Forbes marshall, Dassault systems, Volkswagen etc. The highest offered has been 22 LPA Average package is 5 LPA. 90% of students get placed.

Entrance preview

Admission:

I took, Maharashtra state entrance exam (MH CET) and scored 127 (100 in exam and 227 in GDPI) to get admission in this college. I opt for MAE due to its reputation and MIT as a brand name. Moreover I was hopeful to get a campus placement support from the college.

Remarks:

The managements is quite good but a right time should be allotted for every department to pay fees and examination fees because when all of the students come togather to pay, there becomes a lot of rush and its takes long time and students have to wait in queue.

Review of SITS, Narhe.

1) As I wasn't scored good enough in JEE so I couldn't get admission top engineering collges that time. Sinhgad Institute was good option for me because it's renowned institute in Pune and also has good placement record compared to other collges like JSPM, AISSMS etc. 2) Yes I got rejected from many institutes such as VIT, PICT, PCCOE due to low scores in entrance. 3) Admission procedure for college is according to guidelines given by State common entrance test cell. To get admitted to any colleges in Maharashtra Or all over india has one entrance exam i.e. JEE mains. Cutoff of my campus was somewhere around 85-90 percentile when we got admissions.
