Microbiology has a very good future . It is good course to study u can do research, complete ur PhD . Can go for teaching feild . Facilities here r very helping , they teach very well all are PhD completed .

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

If you apply though bcu the fees will be less 75000 . In management fees is more 180000rupees for first year . For second year it's 150000 rupees Yes u can apply for ssb scholarship . for more scholarship u can ask in office also they will help u more

Campus is clean . Monthly there will be some or the other fest and cultural activities from microbiology, biotechnology department. You will get all types of books in the library anega , lehninger plenger . Environment her is very good . All r friendly

I got admission thought Bangalore City University merit list. Application form will be released on the office website of bcu . After one month merit list comes out. Counselling will be called . Ms ramaiah is the only college which has microbiology n affiliated with bcu

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason for me to choose this college for my course Nutrition and Dietetics was the education provided here.This college is best known for it's education and I wanted to pursue my masters in a college like this which was reputed well with NAAC grades too. One more reason for me to choose the college for my course was our college also has it's own hospital and we have a tie up between our college and hospital. So along with textbook knowledge we are able to get practical knowledge too by going to hospital. This is very important in shaping our future to the students who are going to pursue their career in clinical side. So this is why I've chosen this college for my masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is fairly distributed among the 2 years. The first year broadly covers the course work, and learning of the laboratory techniques. Followed by a mini project and a major project under a professor of interest. Stem cell biology always intrigued me and this course offered exactly what I want. The curriculum focuses on training students very rigorously to make them fit for harsh conditions and situations in the real research world.
