1st year faculty , quite near to place where I live
No ragging for freshers. Ragging free campus
I got a fee waiver seat so I am quite happy about that too

Dislikes

No fest in this college only exam , assignment, viva
It feels like a school and it's too boring
College timing is worst and they give you so much work that you won't get free time at home

I choose this course because of this is the only field which can get me a job and l like technology too. Faculty is good considering the college situation or I can that 1st year faculty is good Faculty is qualified to teach , exception are everywhere

Companies like TCL cognizant and other mass recruitment companies visit this College, there is also restrictions of attendance shortage so you have to be extra smart student to get permission for internship so that your attendance won't get short

Placement Experience

Placement is too average so don't expect much . From 7 sem you are eligible for campus placement. Only service based companies visit here which only do mass recruitment of very low package. Placement rate of student is above 85% I will apply for off campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees cost increased a little bit but it's still low than other colleges. You can get scholarship by applying it online and submitting to college You can also get fee waiver seat through counselling which cost 28400 as compared to normal seat which cost 123000

Campus Life

No tech fest and freshers so please forget that you are coming here to enjoy college life. Availability of books in college is good you can get as many book you want and online material too. No sports or other activities for first year No group or society for first year too

Admission

Eligibility for the course is pretty lame if you ask me you can get admission in this college even if you very low percentage. You can find the application form or to apply online college website There are lot of things to improve here , but I can only summarise in this short form that don't think of it as a college it is worse than 3rd grade school

Life at Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements generally after 4th sem which is 3rd year. There are multiple companies which comes for the placement like Microsoft, HCL Tech etc. Galgotias has highest package of 60 LPA. With 98% students got placement. My plans after B tech is to do Masters.

College: A phase of life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The influence is obviously job opportunities in future. I would say that you have to learn alot of skills on your own as well for real World applications and further academic pursuits as the college does provide labs etc. but the course structure is kinda old. So yeah you have to learn alot of skills to become a job ready engineer.

Placement Experience:

Placement is already average and also increasing every year and i have heard from a masters senior that in 4 days 1000 students got placed and still placements are going on and i can say it is pretty good and improving and increasing every year and our college also has wipro labs ios development centre and many more things and people get eligible from 6th semester 3rd year and highest package was of 30-40+LPA IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES for highly skilled students and average is 5-6 LPA package dependss in skills and communication skills and confidence and all roughly 70-80% students and eligible to get placed and also for it and cse students its higher and increasing every year and so on

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit the university including tcs, wipro, Accenture, Harman, Amdocs and they give on average of 4-5LPA. The highest packet would be arounf 35-40LPA and it was off campus. around 70 percent of the students get placed. I am working now

Students become eligible for placements from 6th or 7th semester and Many mass recruiters and some product-based companies visit.Average package is around 3–4 LPA and highest goes much higher for top students. About 60 – 70 % students get placed. Others go for higher studies, internships, or off-campus jobs after graduation

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are okay, since my placement drive started during the recession. Somewhere around 90 companies visited the campus. The highest package offered was 28lpa. The average package, based on my personal experience was around 4lpa. I would say more that 70% of the students received an offer. My plans after getting the degree was to get a job.
