Great Infrastructure

College is good in context of study, faculty, infrastructure but it is bad in context of placements. college should take some steps to increase placements, as all students want to get placed in good company

I had given CET exam I scored around 3000 . I opt this college because it comes under top 10 GGSIPU college for MCA.

Course structure is designed in such a way so that a student can get full knowledge about each and every domain in detail. VIPS provide many courses like BBA,BA[HONS.],BCOM[HONS.],BA+LLB,BCA,BJMC,LLM,MCA. All courses provided by VIPS are full time. Each and every information about course are so simply described so that it should be clear to all.

No, our college does not provide any internship. for MCA internship is must in the sixth semester so we have to search an internship by our own

Our college placement cell is not so good. Companies comes but not so many. Companies take 3 to 4 round for selection of a student . Selection rounds are depends on different companies. Aptitude, Technical, HR these three rounds are common for every companies. Salary provided by companies at MCA level is not so good they generally give 10,000 to 15,000 . Currently only 10 students get placed in 2017...

There are very less number of events held for us. college only wants there students to do study that's all.. some events which are organized by college are big enough and held in college campus only.. students from college participate in it and sometimes different singers, rappers are also called for giving performance..

Fee structure is more than 1,20,000 for a year which is very expensive. Vivekananda Institute of professional studies charge high fees compare to other college. they charge a high amount for their infrastructure .Infrastructure is good . but they charge a high fees for their infrastructure every year they charge a high amount.

No, college does not provide any loan facility. If a person want to take loan for studying they can get it from any bank, Mostly all banks provide educational loans .

There is no gender ratio. For students there are no extracurricular activities .. only labs are provided for their subject labs. labs are available only in the lecture extra lab hours are not available if you want then you would take the permission from the dean.

A big NO.. College does not provide any hostel rooms to students. students have to search PG's .PG's near by college premises are costly. Its depends PG to PG some PG provide food, WIFI some does not. PG average rent is between 5,000 to 10,000 . it not affordable for every student. those students who can not afford the high rent they have faced a problem and search far from the college .

If you know senior students then it is a plus point as they can help you by providing information about the placements. Alumni network is good for getting information about the college from seniors.

Very hectic it is...In every semester there are 2 exams one is minor which held inside the college another is external exams which held outside the college for which a different college is allotted by GGSIPU. College provides good notes so that one can easily pass the exams.

For getting admission I have given an entrance exam namely CET(common entrance test) after getting my rank I had attended counselling (It is a type of short interview in which students show their documents and one college according to their rank is allotted to them ). I opt this college because of its education system, its ranking and its infrastructure.

College faculties are good . All faculties are highly qualified. Most of the faculties are P.H.D Most of the faculties are always available for solving our doubts. Faculties also take extra lectures if asked by the students. Some faculties are partial also they give good grades to the students they like.
