Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of my interest in the mechanical branch and I wanted to make my career in this branch only. The faculty of the Mechanical branch is very supportive and they guide us in many ways. The student ratio is quite well maybe 3:1 There are 2 exams in a semester and they are not very tough.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are quite well and I think we can get an internship easily in this university. I would suggest that you take the internships in 4th year not before than that as we get the opportunity from the college

Placement Experience

The students are eligible for the placements after 3rd year of the course. The companies that visit our college are like Amazon, Deloitte, etc The percentage of students getting placements is good 85% of students get placed and almost 9% goes for further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is around? 310000 annually excluding the hostel fees. But if your score is high and you want to apply for a scholarship then it is easy and the campus jobs are okay. If you prepare well for the placements you can get a decent job

Campus Life

The annual cultural fest of MIT WPU is Aarohan and it is also the biggest cultural fest in Pune. the library of our college is having a lot of books to study. Classrooms are decent we have smartboards in our classes Extracurricular activities are there to have a break from study

Admission

Yes, I got my addmission through JEE Score which was 72%ile. They also have their own entrance exam which we can apply form MIT's official website The addmission process is seamless and easy. We can apply through various ways like MHT-CET, JEE and MIT's entrance exam scores.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE

Talking about placements generally 3rd or 4th year students can apply for on campus placements. For companies you can the college website about companies, percentage placement, highest package, average package, median package, lowest package, etc. Also there are various options such as Mtech, MBA or abroad studies.

The placements are guarentee to 90% of the students in our college The placement depends on the exam you fill form for and then if they select you or not Every year there are placement drives that happen throughout the year for 4th year students students are filtered in 3 rounds first a general tech plus aptitude round second a tech viva round and third the final interview

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities. So called MITWPU-Pune

i had applied for ahemdabad university as well. I got admission there as well but i was waiting for confirmation of admission from this college. I chose this college over AU just because this one was located in Pune-the IT hub, and they had made pretty good name all these years. But the name and fame they earned was when the college was under government. Currently it's fully private and the management is very bad. I didnt apply to any other colleges. MIT-WPU is world class!!

MIT has its own evaluation test and also 12th marks minimum of 60% in PCM for general category is just. For SC/ST and OBC is 50% and also get respite in entrance scores and fees as well.
