I choose this course because I like this field The course is quite good and the curriculum is also good the faculty is wonderful with hods and Dean also involve in teaching the faculty is well qualified and some of them are PhD scholars from good institutions

The placements in the college are good with an average package of 6 lakhs per anum and the highest package recorded was 38 lakhs per anum many MNC like Google, microsoft, Amazon etc and there is a good 98% record placements

The fee structure is good without heavy fees one can avail full tuition fee reimbursement by writing ts eamcet entrance exam for engineering admissions conducted by the Telangana government and there are many scholarships like ONGC nsp

There is a national level annual technical fest known by the name Daksha is conducted in this college and an annual day known by the name Synergy, the library is good with so many books in it one can take books by using their library cards issued by management

The admission process is quite simple those who are willing to join can join and one can also join with the help of an entrance exam called as ts-eamcet and with convener quota there are reservation benefits got those who are eligible There is no improvement needed

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

I didn't knew much about the colllege at the starting, but i was lucky enough to get this anurag university. Because i have seen how an engineering environment be like in my diploma college. so this college is actually providing way more than i expect. In every feild, it is giving the best like study, fun activities, sports, tech clubs, events,etcc. Admission process has 2 was, by getting a seat with a merit in entrance exam or directly buying a seat in management quota. eamcet and ecet students will get a seat according to the reservations and merit and they will be getting scholarships too , while management quota students definetly needed to pay full amount of 2.8lak for year...Read More
