Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Electrical engineering because I am interested in machine and govt sector jobs. The faculty was very friendly they teach in a very understanding manner most of the faculty completed their post-graduation and some are like pursuing Ph.D. and there are the most experienced faculty. They put in weekly tests and the college conducted monthly exams it was very difficult for they can pass those who regularly attend classes.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship is I work as an intern at Google as a data analyst they give a stipend of 25k monthly and we did projects like distance measurements with sensors. It works with good outcomes and the thermal plant proto-type we prepared.

Placement Experience

Mostly Cse, data science, and cyber security students but other branch students can also attend interviews who have more than 60% marks, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, byjus, etc companies visited the college. The highest package is 12LPA. 85-90% of students can get placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

For me government only paying fees but some of my friends can pay fees so I know a little bit the structure was good because they are giving good education so it is worth for fees after every alternative year they increase fees. Govt student scholarship and I got a job in byjus.

Campus Life

SRITHAM fest is conducted in the month of April and mostly in college we celebrate every event like women's day, in extracurricular activities I like basketball sports we mostly play chess too and they conduct many activities.

Hostel Facilities

The room is clean and the accommodation was good the food menu and taste were good. They give us north and south Indian food and the joining process was we must give our parents identities like mother or father photo. And Erragattu gutta is good for those who are looking pg from the outside.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

I write the EMCET exam and get a good rank like 10k - 20k rank and I am ST so I get all reservation benefits in that I can pay only university fees like 5k yearly. If we get a good rank then we get a seat in a top course like computer science and other courses are also good individually.

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

I have joined Sumathi Reddy institute of technology for women in 2018 through convener quota by tseamcet and the fee structure the time of my joining was 55,000 per year. Sritw gives good placements to students by training them not only in studies many co-curricular activities are being encouraged as the academics every Wednesday and Saturday there will be clubs, but our college will also conduct many cultural events like SRitam, Innovision, traditional day and we celebrate women's day every year.SRITW has friendly faculty and management to encourage us in every activity.
