Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is intense only during particular weeks (mostly a week or two before end-sem exams). You get too much pressure to handle this week, you have to submit your assignments + journal + study for exams + project submission + any other extra curricular activities if you participate. But after this week it feels like heaven, a feeling that you successfully cleared all these things, more specifically it's like running a sprint in which you have to run/work your best for a short duration. The rest of the time is all yours. Faculty is the best, yes it wasn't any grammatical error(intentionally wrote "the" twice), Specifically speaking our maths sir is really chill, he will let you do any stuff if not disturbing the class. But the faculty student is quite low in our college. Exams are just chill you could even score out if studied a week before, only thing to keep in mind is you need to know how to study effectively with a deep focus.

Placement Experience

3.5

Sorry but I'm in 1st year. So don't know much deep about placements. But placements are the best here. My Target is cracking JP Morgan company which is the main recruiter here. The average placement is 4 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are minimal compared to any private engineering college. The fees are 1,25,000 per annum. You get a government scholarship which makes it 70,000 per annum, and if you're from SC/ST just pay ? 0. But taking admission through the spot round will cause you to pay the full fees of ? 1,25,000 respective of your caste. VESIT scholarships are quite less for families of income less than 1 lakhs.

Campus Life

5

My social life was 0 before coming here. Seriously speaking the gender ratio is the best. There are lots of clubs, and groups, you could participate in and join. The fest is awesome over here. Illusion the main fest of our college was the best week of my life. Books don't ask about them, you get a ton of books just don't waste your money buying books. Sports are too tough here, you could find every other guy being mastered in any one of the sports you pick. Getting into the athletics team was really difficult even though I used to be a silver medalist in 100 meters at my junior college. So no need to worry about sports activities the thing to worry about is how you become better at that sport.

Admission

Just give MHT-CET or JEE, would be better. You have to score at least 96 percentile in CET and 94 in JEE. Scoring that much is not a big deal. But somehow if you don't secure that much percentile then you could wait for the spot round (only if MHT-CET is given), till the spot round the cutoff gets to 85 percentile in MHT-CET.

Placement Experience:

Placements are usually pretty average of 7-10LPA and usually students with CGPA of 7-9 sit for the campus placements. I would say around 40% students get placed decently. If no campus placement, the course is so diverse that you can easily get jobs if you have the skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is half electronic and Computer science based . It is really useful for students opting for Robotics, Internet Of things , Vlsi , etc. But if you want to opt for fully computer science based stream or career, dont choose this stream as there is shortlisting issue during placement here for this stream

The placements here are good. But if more diverse number of companies are coming , then it would be more beneficial for students. Te average package you can expect is 4lpa . The most number of students getting placed companies are seclore and sogolytics.
