Remarks

I took admission through a central scheme under AICTE named Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme. This allows us to select some colleges from all over India and we get shortlisted for them. And I got into this college. College helped me a lot in the admission procedure.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am having an interest in COMPUTER since earlier, So I choose this. And it's great I selected this. Getting to the next point here the faculty-student ratio is around 1:60 The whole faculty is well-graduated and some even doctorate. Their teaching method is great. It is easy to pass the exam if we study regularly because exams occur once a month at least.

Placement Experience

Around 100-200 students got placed in our course in the last batch. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Accenture, and many others. From our course, around 60% of the students got internships in companies like Wipro. The top roles offered in our course are data analysts, data scientists, coders, and programmers.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am already on a Scholarship from Centre Govt. Under a Scheme named PMSSS where a total of 5000 meritious students from J&K UT. are awarded this scholarship... But coming to college scholarships, they also provide them.

Campus Life

Our ANNUAL fest is named FestinOBeats. And it occurs in Sept or October usually... There are numerous books and journals in our library. Classroom well equipped with ACs and projector. We are also provided with some labs to do some work. Our college host a sports fest every year. The winners of this fest participate in a university-level sports fest. There are numerous clubs and communities such as the Google developer students club, Reskill, and many more.

Hostel Facilities

We are provided with facilities such as laundry service, gym, common game area and all. The meal is good as compared to other hostels and PG. The process is easy, just you have to apply for it and you'll get an allotment list and have to accommodate room within time.

Hostel Fee: INR 97500 per year

Life at Galgotias University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements generally after 4th sem which is 3rd year. There are multiple companies which comes for the placement like Microsoft, HCL Tech etc. Galgotias has highest package of 60 LPA. With 98% students got placement. My plans after B tech is to do Masters.

College: A phase of life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The influence is obviously job opportunities in future. I would say that you have to learn alot of skills on your own as well for real World applications and further academic pursuits as the college does provide labs etc. but the course structure is kinda old. So yeah you have to learn alot of skills to become a job ready engineer.

Placement Experience:

Placement is already average and also increasing every year and i have heard from a masters senior that in 4 days 1000 students got placed and still placements are going on and i can say it is pretty good and improving and increasing every year and our college also has wipro labs ios development centre and many more things and people get eligible from 6th semester 3rd year and highest package was of 30-40+LPA IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES for highly skilled students and average is 5-6 LPA package dependss in skills and communication skills and confidence and all roughly 70-80% students and eligible to get placed and also for it and cse students its higher and increasing every year and so on

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit the university including tcs, wipro, Accenture, Harman, Amdocs and they give on average of 4-5LPA. The highest packet would be arounf 35-40LPA and it was off campus. around 70 percent of the students get placed. I am working now

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are okay, since my placement drive started during the recession. Somewhere around 90 companies visited the campus. The highest package offered was 28lpa. The average package, based on my personal experience was around 4lpa. I would say more that 70% of the students received an offer. My plans after getting the degree was to get a job.

ABESIT COLLEGE : Honest

I applied for JSS college but later on I choosed ABESIT because it is better connectivity to stations No , I dont got rejection from JSS but due to connectivity issue i preferably choose ABESIT.
