Entrance Preview

I appeared Normal Interview with the Vice Principal of MIT institute od Design, Pune, Arts Section. There was no particular scoring system. MIT institute of design is one of the best colleges in India so I opted this college.It has got best faculty in pune and and they will support you in every possible way.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Arts Stream was very good and the teachers of the college were very good. The subjects and curriculum were designed as per the latest trend going in the field of education. The college curriculum was very up to the mark with the current scenario in the field of education.

Placement Experience

MITID offers Placement in Various Big Companies having head offices and operations worldwide like CITI India, Delberg, Bain and Company, and so on. so there are various opportunities to get 100% placement through college interview in entire Third year of B.A.

Campus Life

Campus life of MITID is the best. Ratio between girls and boys are 60% girls to 40% Boys. But there is no gender discrimination in the college. There is equal participation of girls and boys in all the academics or extra curricular activities. There are so many extra curricular activities are conducted annually.

Faculty

The faculty across the stream of Arts were well educated and fully equipped with current knowledge. The faculty were personally involved with the aim to impart the quality education to the students of the college. The faculties will help the students after the college hours and resolve their queries.

SPC from a TYBA students POV

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's good, it's fun and I enjoy it. It changes every sem and that's why we also get to explore more of the subjects. It also depends on the professor tho. First year is to chose 6 different subjects and explore. Then second year you get to choose one major and two minors. Major are then divided into 3 parts, the 2 minor subject are elaborated and one compulsory subject which is English, this continues for third year. There are 2-3 additional subjects that change every sem too like PE, EVS, etc.

Remarks:

For a person who into music production this is the best course and College but any other music field consider other options. The administration is too poor and are harsh on the students but the teaching faculty is supportive.

For getting admission, I visited the college and fill the form received from the admission counter which is generally released in the first or second week of the June and submitted the form after filling in and signing it duly and submitted it to the same counter(which can also be submitted till the third week of the June) and so I got admission.

NO need of any entrance test to go for this course .Bachelors of arts . This college is known with good teaching faculty for arts. All it had a good ambiance, parking facility and good crowd from different parts of pune and all over maharashtra.i will recommend this college to every new student.
