My Career Jorney at IILM University,Gurugram

The admission process is very easy. They have a basic registration process and after that PI round and it's very easy to crack PI. Eligibility is 50% and below can also work. Their application form is on their website only. There are scholarships for students above 80%. Their admission process is very easy and good.

I have chosen MBA to upgrade my skills. The student ratio is 180-200 students, there are 3 sections for MBA, and the number of faculty is around 22 approximately. All the faculties are well experienced and all are Professors like all are done with their phd. There is a trimester system for MBA so after 3 months they do take the exam. it's very easy to crack the exams.

Boat, Nestle, M3M, Godrej, IBIS hotel and many more hire students for a summer internship after the completion of 1 year. The roles offered by companies are in the domains of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Operations & Management etc. The real-life Projects include Financial modelling of businesses, Making Advertisements Campaigns for Brands and Businesses Sourcing and Screening of candidates.

At IILM University, Students are eligible for placements after the fourth semester. The companies are KPMG, Deloitte, E&Y, PWC, Nestle and many more Each company offer 2-3 roles according to the students who opt for campus placement. The highest package was 18 lakhs and the average is 9.5 lacs approximately. 90% of students got placed on campus. My plan after completion of my degree is to go for my dream job in a decent organisation.

The fee structure is very convenient for students. The university has divided the fees into instalments. IILM University, Gurugram also accepts students Loan and provides scholarships. The scholarship has Eligibility criteria which consist of 10th/12th marks, Graduation marks, Entrance Exam Percentile and Past work experience. The limit of scholarships varies from candidate to candidate.IILM university gives financial support to girl/female students to empower women's education. The average placement package is around 9.5 L/PA for 2023 batch students.

Life at IILM University, Gurugram is amazing. They conduct fests at every festival as on Navratri they do organise Dandiya night, Independence Day Azadi ka Mela, Diwali Mela etc. The library has almost each and every type of Book, Research Paper and Buainess Journal The classroom is having all types of amenities like a projector, smart board, charging point at every desk and centralised air conditioning. The college does organise sports activities once a month, They do have grounds for every game. They do organise tournaments, fun games etc. They do have various clubs such as Utsav/cultural club, Yuvagoonj club for CSR activities, E-Cell, Placement Cell etc.

The criteria for admission are the first step is the application form after that second is a personal interview. My interview is all about the Graduation related questions and They ask me about the work experiences I was prepared for as I am a very extrovert person and I m having very good communication skills and I have experience with interviews and all.
