Met's institute of pharmacy at glance

As I had experienced,the overall admission process was good by college's side but the process was delayed by mhtcet. It will be better if admission process will get faster as it's lacking now. But overall admission process is average.

I choose this course considering my own interests as I always see myself to be in the health-related sector. There are a total of 112 students and the teaching staff is 12 teachers per year thus the faculty: student ratio is approx 1:10 Each and every faculty in the college are highly qualified. many of them have PhD and many are persuing them. I like their teaching methods as they use many upcoming technical facilities in like smart boards, projectors, Moodle sites etc. And repeats the topic if it's not clear to students. Every month college conducts tests to make students familiar with topics and the difficulty level seems to be average as the faculties ensure that the topic is clear to students.

Many companies like sun pharma, Glenmark, Cipla, and Lupin Dr Reddy offer many r and d related projects. Those projects check abilities of the student to work in team and project managing skill by representing skills

Students become eligible for jobs from the 7th semester. Around 8 to 12 companies visit campus to fulfil placements with many offers. As recorded the highest package was 11lakhs and an average of about 650000. Around 75%students get placed in the campus placement drive. I have plans for higher studies after getting the degree.

The course is of 4 years. First-year fees were 78000rupees and the fees were gradually decreasing per year by 4000 rupees. I have applied for the Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj scholarship and the college assures the of placement with a stipend.

The college conducts many fests such as met fest, antarang, met katta and many more. The library of the college is built with more than 350000 books of many courses related and social books. Many sports activities are carried out in college. And most important those activities are carried out by students in coordination with teachers so that the teamwork of students develops.
