Remarks
The admissions can be done either by TNEA counseling or by management quota. The course fee for the government quota for CSE is 95,000 per year. If you are the first to graduate you can avail of a reduction of 25,000 per year.
Course Curriculum Overview
My interests from childhood were mostly on computer and tech side and hence I chose this course. I got to this college through counseling. There are 3 internal exams per semester. The exams are not so tough.
Internships Opportunities
Students must do internships so that they can build their resumes. Several final-year students have undergone internships and have got stipends. There is an industry partnership cell that helps students during internships.
Placement Experience
80 percent of the students get placed every year on average. The average package is 4 lakh per annum. There is a placement cell. The highest package was 12 lakh per annum. Students are eligible for the placements from the 6th semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for a computer science course here is 95,000 per year. Students can avail few scholarships from the government, but there is no scholarship from this college based on marks you score which I felt was a negative here.
Campus Life
There is a large library with a huge collection of books. Events, sports day, annual day, and other fests happen during the even semester. The classroom is sufficient to occupy around 60 students. There are more than 30 clubs that run in our college.
