You will get to do all the courses here. The way to get admission here is very easy. You just have to give the entrance exam, the cut-off here is so low that almost all the children here pass the entrance exam.

I chose BA because I had good knowledge about its subjects. All the applicants study here diligently. The teachers here are also very good and everyone is well versed in their subjects. and they teach their students very carefully and we can understand them easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

Here there is no fee reimbursement from the school side, but only the fee reimbursement provided by the government is received by the students. If a student wants fee reimbursement, then he has to fill out the form online by the government and submit it to the school.

There is also a large campus with different playgrounds for all types of sports, there is also a canteen on the side. Apart from this, there is also a huge library here, in which all kinds of books are available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a complex and vast one, with multiple areas in focus, which itself is a merit as it serves its purpose in training a Christian minister for all the challenges. The course is more praxis than a confined theoretical classroom. Certain improvements in teaching methods can be brought up. Teachers must ensure the students' study and find some way to monitor it. Otherwise students tend to get stuck in the wide array of topics to study and somehow just find it difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was firm enough from the end of my class 12 that I would pursue psychology and had heard that Gokhale is one of the best colleges regarding psychology honors. The faculty is good, and almost all of them are approachable enough. The class strength of 50 is smoothly managed by 6 faculty members and 2 lab assistants who are also an integral part of the department. Necessary study materials are provided to us timely. The lectures given are very helpful..even the PowerPoint presentation we are shown also acts as a help. The college conducts a mid-semester examination which is very helpful, and the students who do not succeed to acquiring the minimum marks (40%of 25) attend the remedial classes arranged specially for them The only improvement that is suggestable is that if we are notified about the mid-semester exam a bit earlier it would really be a help.

Overall placement is good if you good score you can avail anything. You can discuss your teacher about you enquiry. They can help you better than me. I suggest it's best college. If you have any plan for the higher study you find it near Burdwan University. It's good for your preparation.

My College Life

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from the 2nd semester for placements. Most of the big tech companies visit BA. The highest package offered is more than 40 lakhs. The avg package for CS is 10 lakhs. PICT has record placements of more than 90%. I plan to go for an M.Tech degree after completion of the course.

Positive is the college is contact through bus and train and Tarakeswar Bus stand and Tarakeswar railway station have within 500 meters. From Howrah to Tarakeswar, Arambugh, Goghat train started every hours.
