Course Curriculum Overview

I choose computer science engineering to become a software developer. Faculty are gud and strict according to class Facilities are PhD and m tech qualified with years of experience. Exams are conducted.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, tata consultancy services and Accenture and Capgemini as analysts and software developers and programmers role. There were mini projects and major projects and seminars during semesters.

Students will be eligible from the second year of the BTech for internships, Maximum 80% of members have been placed in the companies like TCS and Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini highest package is about 12 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA

Fees hike is not present, it is fixed when we joined Scholarships are available in Telangana by writing Ecet or Emcet entrance test, I am a third year trying to get a job no scholarship, internships with a stipend

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
