College where students feel some freedom along with education

A rich and wealthy management operates one university called Balaji Vidya Peeth university with Medical Dental Nursing , Business School and Research Institutes , currently under the scanner of Income Tax Department for selling medical seats

JET Pondicherry University, There is no capitation or extra fees at that time I preferred to join, where as other private colleges took capitation for management seats and extra fees for the government allocated seats

Available Elective papers and Guides for those elective papers will be shared , but we students never prefer anything individually , as we do not take risks of going alone, we always try to be in the group , that is we prefer the subject similar to our regular course as well as the most student preferred ones to get access to the materials with ease.

I am not sure on this internship, at the time of my course between 2005 and 2009 no such facility I heard about

Placement and job opportunities also one of the important reason for preferring this college, even during recession also management tried to pull some companies to recruit the students, but due to some infrastructure problems placement happened in other colleges and universities for the students of Rajiv Gandhi college also.

SPANDAN- National level fashion competition Inter college sports for KABADI, CRICKET, VOLLEY BALL, and so many individual track events Musical concerts National and International level seminars and symposium conducting and participation are encouraged

I have availed PKFA (Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Financial Assistance ) for meritorious students with a condition that we should clear all the papers without fail. When I joined during the year 2005-06 I got 60% of refund of Tuition fees, from next year onward 100% refund of tuition fee as promised by the state government. so total of 90,000 in total of 100000 got refunded year after year as 15000 and 3 installments of 25000

Since I am from Computer Science Department, I am there in a class of around 80 people where the strength of girls is little more than 50%, since the college is running on self finance 50 % of seats are filled under management quota, so we have students from all over India , since Pondicherry is preferred and referred by many people from north India as well as neighboring states as well

I am not a hostler ,even though I am a day scholar I lived near to the hostel So not frequently rarely I visit my class mates who live in hostel , hostels are very spacious and it had a very big play ground as well, the problem here is hostel is kept separately away from the college location , also Gents and ladies had separate hostels 2 to 3 km away from each other

There is some Alumni events started happening for the people who passed out during 2003 or earlier , eagerly waiting for such a nice event in my life too, seniors oh my god ,don;t know how we got such a nice friendly seniors during my college life, they are really mind blowing in every aspect

Nothing special , everything is same as the Pondicherry Engineering College, but we had few additional mock tests and lab practices to face the real ones conducted by the university, as our college is affiliated to Pondicherry University , along with the exams we had the freedom to represent our college in national level inter college competitions as well.

Got the admission in first counseling conducted in Pondicherry Engineering college into the department of Information Technology then during the second counseling switched from Information Technology to Computer Science , but it's really difficult to switch the college after we join one college in first counseling and looking for another college in the next counseling , since we pay the fees during the joining date itself.

During 2006-07 only the enforcement of minimum eligibility to lecturer is done as Masters in Engineering or Technology , prior to that people with interest towards teaching only available for the department papers , many doctorates also available as department heads since we had few hundred students heads themselves handled teaching sessions
