Remarks

60% in class 12th. On Manav Rachna's official website. Sorry, I don't know about it and I don't know anyone who got a reservation benefit. So I can't give information regarding this topic. No, everything was easy and good.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I just want a degree, so that's why I chose this course. The faculty is very big and it has 7 to 8 teachers to teach students and there are around 120 to 150 students in total in English course. Teachers have done doctorate in English and they teach through notes that they have prepared for lectures and they also give a copy to students. There is a total of 2 sessional exams and 1 main exam in the overall 1 semester and it is not very difficult to pass, you can easily pass the exam by studying a day before exam.

Placement Experience

2.5

In 6th semester of course. Many companies visits and many no of offers are also made by them . Around 60% of students get placements. I want to be a graphic designer and digital artist .

Fees and Financial Aid

I think, there is no fees hike policy every year and Ba hons English overall course fee is 3,48,000 . Utkarsh scholarship, financial assistance is provided by university through providing loans with Credenc and no I don't got job on campus with stipend.

Campus Life

2.5

The annual fest name in manav rachna is resurrection and it is conducted in month of October and tech fest is innoskill and it is conducted in month of April. There are many numbers of books are available in library for each courses and international journals are also available in very big numbers . There are digital boards and projector and there is a/c in classroom which work sometimes and sometimes not and Wi-Fi is also there but from past two years we didn't got access to use it till now . There are sports present like badminton, shooting , tennis lawn , chess , valleyball , cricket etc and extra curricular activities are present on the campus are like Manav Rachna photography club , Manav Rachna literary forum etc . I don't have idea about it .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific Aspects That Influenced the Decision For students choosing a professional or certificate course, the curriculum usually becomes the deciding factor based on three key pillars: Job-Oriented Specific Skills: The primary influence is the curriculum's direct focus on market-based, job-ready skills (e.g., Python, Data Science, Digital Marketing tools). Unlike a traditional degree, the appeal is that every module must be immediately applicable to a job. Portfolio Development: Students are heavily influenced by modules that are project-based or require them to build a portfolio (like a website, a code repository, or a marketing plan). The curriculum must be designed to result in tangible work that can be shown to employers. Industry Certification Alignment: If the course prepares students for an external, recognized industry certificate (like CCNA, MCP, or Google/Meta certificates), the curriculum's strict adherence to that certification standard is a major influence. 2. Preparation for Real-World Applications The curriculum of a successful short-term course is designed to excel specifically in preparing students for real-world applications. Curriculum Improvements Mandatory Soft Skills Integration: While technical skills are a focus, the curriculum should mandate dedicated modules on non-technical, yet critical, job skills like: Professional Communication and Email Etiquette Team Collaboration and Project Management (Agile/Scrum basics) Interview Preparation and Mock Interviews Industry Feedback Loop: Establish a more frequent and formal system to update the curriculum based on current industry demands, possibly involving an advisory board of employers or recent alumni.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was influenced because I wanted to study more about how a person makes decisions, form perception and how a person's mind works . The curriculum prepares us for real world as we study about different aspects of psychology. The curriculum can be improved a little by adding a elective course in which we can get a little experience and arranging trips . The exams are not too difficult or too easy , just in perfect depth of the subject.
