There are two phases for admission into a degree program in andhra pradesh. First you have to apply on the website of OAMDC and application fee of RS 200 After this in next phase you have to select any colleges of your choice more preference to less preference wise. After verification on the basis of your 10+2 score you will get admission in selected college.The admissions start in early may or july of every year.

This is the best course for Commerce enthusiasts.I myself always wanted to work in business field thats why i choose this course.The faculty at Ln.G.V Rao college is impeccable as they have many years of experience and most of them are phd holders.The faculty to student ratio is around 2:60 in my college.There are 2 Semester exams every year in which you have to pass at least 3 subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid

L.n. G.V Rao Modern degree college has a fee of Rs 20000 per year for Bachelors course in commerce(B.Com) which is very less in comparison to other degree colleges.The cost to study here is very low because there are no other fees you have to pay apart from Tuition fee. The students belonging to Sc/St, Bc and Obc casts have a great opportunity for scholarship.You can apply for scholarship on Ap online scholarship website without any charges.

Campus Life

The campus has all the facilities needed by students.The infrastructure of the college is new and the classrooms are built very nicely with good seating capacity.The library has all the books you will need for the course.In the ground you can play cricket and volleyball.Many events like Singing, Essay writing and painting are held in the college.In the canteen the food is very good for very less price.In annual fests we enjoy a lot.

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited our college are Infosys, wipro etc., Highest package is 1000000. 67% of students are getting placements. My plans after getting degree is to go to bank services

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as it was beneficial to me for the future course as I want to pursue CA and MBA As coming to the ratio of faculty and students I'd say it is about 40:500 but it is not a problem because the timings are well prepared and we also have the junior lecturers who take care of us while the main faculty is not available. THE TEACHERS do explain and teach very well and they all have above 10-15 years of experience and even have their way of teaching things which gets very interesting when you listen to those classes. There are weekly tests every Saturday to test what you have learned in the whole week and the results will be announced the next Monday to keep the progress checked and give appropriate education to those who r falling back in their academics and revising everything once in a while and teaching everything is also done so it's all pretty good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as it was most suitable for my needs and interests. The teacher-student ratio is healthy and the teachers are there for every student whenever you need them as many of them stay at the hostel. The teachers are amazing and very creative in their methods of teaching. Instead of just lecturing they employ various techniques such as short skits, etc to teach concepts that a student will never forget. There are 2-CIEs, 1-Mitldterm, and 1-Endsem each semester in terms of exams conducted, and if you study there is no chance of failing.

The reason I choose this college because of the friendly faculty and good teaching. Fees structure is moderate. I am not a hostler but my friends are and the rooms are good but sometimes food is not soo good. There will some participation in programs of the college.
