Remarks

I opted for MAT in December, 2020. I had scored a decent score and I was searching for good mba colleges specially in West Bengal. Then I came to know about Praxis Business School from a friend. I researched about it and I was quite satisfied with the facilities and ROI it was providing. Then I gave a written assessment and also cleared a personal interview round and got selected.

Course Curriculum Overview

Praxis Business School is one of the best B-schools in the eastern India specifically if one wants to persue his/her career in Marketing, Analytics or Data Science. The faculties are one of the most strongest part of the college. They enhances the learning experience by providing real life examples and case studies which is all about applying the knowledge practically.

Class Size: 71Course Fees: INR 363500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Praxis Business School provides paid internships as well. Major internships come from ICICI Bank, Tata Metaliks, Indusnet Technologies, Dabur, Kantar etc. The average stipend is 6-10k per month while Tata Metaliks provided internship of 75k for two months.

Placement Experience

Final placements start from October itself for the nest year passing out batch. The average package offered is 7-8LPA, highest is 13LPA. The main recruiters are ICICI Bank, EY, Giant Eagle, L&T, PWC, Dabur, WNS. There is 100 percent placement record for the previous batch.

Fees and Financial Aid

Praxis Business School had a fee structure which is decent and gives a fair ROI. The opportunities are huge as it prepares one for the bigger world with practical based knowledge.There are scholarships available for students with previous academic excellence. Paid internships are provided as well as campus placements.

Campus Life

Praxis campus is beautiful. It is located far from the city chaos, the surrounding is peaceful absolutely apt for studying. It has hostel facility, library, wifi, air conditioned classrooms, canteen, gym. There are three clubs, three houses here for conducting different cultural and sports activities. We also conduct an annual fest named, Spardha.

Interview Experience

4.5

I had to go through one written test as well as one personal interview round which was taken over online mode due to covid situation. Interview was taken by top faculties of the institute. Questions were mainly asked from my graduation background.

Honestly college is not very good but yes average

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Honest Review of BIBS

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

Only good remarks I can give for my college, but one bad thing is that it's very far away from my place as I stay in Howrah it took around 2 to 2½ hrs journey for college.

Remarks:

College course structure is good but as faculty are not good implementation is bad. Need company visit and better placement. More focuses on MBA rather than the additional courses. Apart from this, it's a good college.

Remarks:

The good things I like is that the teachers teach through the slides prepared by himself and also told student to prepare PowerPoint presentation and deliver in the class and also give different case study to solve the problem. Only missing thing is that the student are getting less practical knowledge as compare to theory paper.

The good thing about this college are the activities that take place every Saturday, which is quite interesting and knowledgeable. The bad thing about the college is that the departments are divided on the basis of their courses so the students do not gather as a whole bunch of college.

To get admission to Praxis Business School for the PGDM course you need to complete the graduation from a recognized board or university after that you have to go to their official website praxis.ac.in, then you have to fill out their application form. The cost of the application form is 1200\-. After that, they will call you and will tell you the date of the Online assessment. Then in the online assessment test, they will give a topic and you have to write an essay after that there would be a personal interview and if you clear all the round then you will get the chance of admission.
