Remarks

One can take admission by this process if he had appeared for JEE-Main Or MHT-CET exam. First of all the MHTCET exams were postponed 2-3 times and at last, it was conducted in mid-September. The results were out in the last week of October. The admission process began in the 2nd week of November by registering yourself, Document verification, Option form filling, and at last college allocation. The application fees were 800 for the general category. The seat Acceptance fee was 1000 for the General category. Overall the process was systematic but can be done a bit faster

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Honestly, I didn't like coding much and there's a kind of race as everyone wants CS/IT now. Electronics and Telecommunication is an allrounder field with immense knowledge. Every teacher in VESIT is either Post Graduate or a Ph.D. The teaching method is very good and each teacher is very humble and available anytime for solving doubts. The term exams were conducted online and we're moderate and not so tough.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

JP Morgan, Accenture TCS, etc are companies that provide internships. Though some may be with a stipend and some for gaining knowledge. Final year Projects are the most important ones. The college helps the students till the very end for their bright future. There are placement officers and cells for guiding the students through the overall process of facing interviews, Aptitude tests, and other stuff.

Placement Experience

4

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th sem onwards. Companies such as JP Morgan, Jio, Accenture, TCS, etc visit for placements. The highest package for EXTC is around 15-20 lakhs with an average salary of 6-7 lakhs. Almost 95 percent of students are placed on Campus while the rest are placed Off-campus. I to plan for gaining skills and seek a good job with a healthy package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 1,16,000. Though through various scholarships the EBC students can reduce their fees to 66,000.While the students selected through TFWS have to only pay 16000. Maha-DBT scholarship can also be availed for CAP students. The college gives several internship opportunities and conducts various skill-improving programs. Almost 95 percent of students get placed every year.

Campus Life

4.5

Although it's all online for the past two years. The college has a huge campus which includes Playground, Big Canteen, Amphitheatre, an Auditorium, Gymkhana, a Huge Library, a Game room, etc. The classrooms are spacious and ambient. The laboratories are well equipped and highly maintained. The Fest for the Freshers is called Prarambh. It is celebrated with great pomp. There are several councils including Sports Council, Music Council, Cultural Council, SORT, etc. Several technical societies conduct various competitions throughout the year. The library has a great number of books and is very useful for students.

Placement Experience:

Placements are usually pretty average of 7-10LPA and usually students with CGPA of 7-9 sit for the campus placements. I would say around 40% students get placed decently. If no campus placement, the course is so diverse that you can easily get jobs if you have the skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is half electronic and Computer science based . It is really useful for students opting for Robotics, Internet Of things , Vlsi , etc. But if you want to opt for fully computer science based stream or career, dont choose this stream as there is shortlisting issue during placement here for this stream
