Remarks

I like IISER because of its inter-disciplinary way of program through which one can learn technology in hand with science and research. It focus both on research as well as on engineering and technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is updated and we have to study all the compulsory subjects in first year. In second year we get pre majors and we select them as per our choice. In third year we get our major subject and we can opt for minor subject if we wish. Students in Engineering and economic sciences can do BS as well as optional MS for 1 year. But for natural science it is a BS-MS dual degree. Faculties are all well- qualified and are all PhD and post-doctorate level. But industrial exposure is quite less. But I think it may increase in future.

Internships Opportunities

I got an internship at Doubtnut- Gurugram Office in my first semester only. I worked there in December 2019 for 1 month as Web Content Developer and I received a stipend of Rs.20000 for that. Usually we get mail from office regarding the internships and we apply via it.

Placement Experience

2

Most of students go for PhD abroad but some go for jobs as well. As it is a new college it would take time to build relations with companies and tech giants and within a span of time it would be quite good for placement opportunities. As it is a research oriented college it has most of its people inclined toward research oriented jobs such as R&D in big companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If i talk about my specific aspect my brother recomment this college for me and as per of my jee scoure 47374 rank this what i get and i forget to apply for Internal branch change thats why this is how i end up . Curriculum is impressive but it good as in there imagination as its not good in real life. If they apply thing perfectly it really help in personal improvement and overall college performance. They should provide more clubs activity and practical soft skills activity as compare to there tight curriculum of constant memorizing courses I score a really good score not difficult that much and have no complain in frequency and timing but there is a story my IT course they faculty fails to complete my 2 units so in end sem i have to prepare it by my own in 10 days from scratch
