Remarks

The most important thing that sets SIOM apart from other BSchools is it's well led course structure and set of certifications provided. SIOM exclusively focuses on core Operations courses from the first semester itself which is done in very few colleges across India.

It's one of the best designed course of India in Operations domain. It is made by the guidance of Industry leaders and Alumni working in Industry. All the faculties here are very cooperative and friendly. Learning is 24*7 here.

All the major companies from Consulting and Manufacturing domain visit the campus from PAN India. Alumni connect is very strong and the placement department really words hard to bring the best companies to campus.

The entire 2 years are loaded with events and festivals. Festivals of entire India are being celebrated here with a collective spirit. B School competitions and multiple summits are also planned periodically.

The campus is bit small but is well equipped with everything you will require in your college life.To name a few,we have Gym,WiFi,sports club, music club, Well planned library, access to multiple online books and magazines and many other facilities.

Hostel Facilities

Triple sharing basis for boys and girls, clean and tidy hostel with all basic amenities like hot water facility, laundry on each floor,R.O. Water facility, well managed mess and canteen department.

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE
