Remarks

It is an entrance-based exam conducted among eight SAARC nations. It offers post-graduation and Ph.D. degrees among various subjects including IR, Computer science, Mathematics, sociology, Biotechnology, and law. It is an international University so no-reservations policy. The overall intake is 30 where 50 seats are reserved for Indian students and the other 50 for SAARC National.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I opted for this course as I was interested in International relations and it's one of the best universities for the same. Teachers are excellent and with fewer few students, the faculty gives attention to each one of the students. One needs to pay thorough attention in class to pass the term exam. All teachers are well qualified and have excellent research experiences.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee Structure is minimal anyone can opt for the course, otherwise, there are a number of scholarships, merit-based and in form of assistantship which students can avail themselves to help themselves financially. There is a merit-based scholarship offer to the first five students who scored well in the entrance exam and studentship.

Campus Life

5

There is an annual fest that takes place in March and April also there is a food festival where you can try different cuisines of seven different nationalities. Students from all SAARC countries take part in this and you can enjoy it just sitting in India. There is also a sports festival and various literature clubs.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facilities are good, three sitter room and various activities that place in room common area as well. Meals are well served, there is canteen as well as mess where you can pay on monthly basis or regular. Registration happens during the admission process only, one need not be local to Delhi.

Continuous and comprehensive evaluation or CCE is a well-structured formula and anyone in the system can learn from it and get the benefits from it as well. The termwise assessments are the proofs that one can derive inspiration from it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Doing master in political science was the obvious choice for me because I have done my graduation in political science and if you are talking about the academics pursuit in this field you can how to do PHD after Clearing your net exam but there will be no other Job opportunity you will get in this course. The only scope you have that you can prepare for upsc or other government exams. Otherwise, if you are from engineering background that is, you have done your graduation from engineering then definitely you should opt further in this field only.

There is an atmosphere in college that is very depressing. You feel stressed once you enter the campus of college. There are no extra curricular activities in college. Canteen of college is not upto the mark. Food menu is cheap but the quality of the food is bad.

This is one of the best institutions of India and I'm proud to be here But there are many things to be improved. Like the infrastructure to be updated and also new hostels should be constructed. Also the management is mostly reluctant towards students issues. We have to protest to get our rights here.
