RGIT MUMBAI - UNDERDOG COLLEGE OF MUMBAI

I have given two entrance tests i.e JEE mains and mhtcet and I have taken a benefit i.e EWS seat. I have applied to this college through ews so my tuition fee was reduced to i.e (50% concession) 72673 the actual fee is around 126000 rupees. The admission process for me was too confusing because this college is located in Mumbai and I am outside I don't live in Mumbai so I have to travel through a long journey via train from Nashik rd to Mumbai. So when I reached college with my documents then the admission teachers said to me that you have to make 3 sets of each document. After that it became too hectic for me because when you complete the document process you have to move to admission where you have to register your documents then to the payment office then there is you have to options dd/cheque (mostly dd/letter for cheque). Then after that, you have to go to the 2nd floor for the class schedules and WhatsApp group joining. After that, you have to register for the University of Mumbai.

I chose this course because I like telecommunications I wanted to pursue a degree in telecommunications so I opted for this course. Student intake for this course is 120. There is not any type of minority. Anyone can get to this college. Through cap as well as through institute round. Teachers are highly educated and experienced. You will definitely get the best education.

Internships offer stars from the end of 2nd year I think. I don't know about internships but I have heard about internships that are given to those candidates who are interested. Otherwise, you can check on their website. Search on google like this. Rgit Mumbai. You can get additional information from there.

After 3rd-year Students started getting placements there are internships. Popular companies recruit students here TCS , Tech Mahindra, Reliance and many more placements are decent. Placements are definitely focused on mainly 3 streams computer, IT, Extc.

Since I have applied through EWS I have to pay the 50% fee rest of the 50% fee will go through my scholarship which you have to apply through mahadbt. Students who are admitted through will get scholarships otherwise the actual fee is 126000 for each stream. I have seen the campus placements statistics on the internet and other educational website placements are decent average package range was between 3-4 lakh. The median package was around 6-7 lakh and the highest package was 16-17 lakh. Different streams have their placements I can rank them placements wise 1. computer 2. IT & EXTC(Placement increase 15% from previous years) 3. Mechanical 4. Instrumentation 5.AI & DS ( No idea, newly added).

The campus definitely it's not too huge but likewise, the college looks awesome. The campus size is around 5-6 acres. There is no hostel. Students opt for pg, rented room. There are several clubs for several streams. There is a library which has more than 10000 books. There are sports for kabaddi, cricket, etc. We all know the annual fest of this college popularly known as ZODIAC. They have their social media handles for these programs.
