After opting for state level engineering exam which is mht-cet for Maharashtra. We had to shortlist college's according to our preferences. I got admission through first cap round into electronics and telecommunication engineering (extc) and my percentile was around 85%. The admission process overall was smooth.
Course Curriculum Overview
I personally had an interest in electronics and telecommunication engineering since long back as I had bifocal subject in my junior college which was electronics. In my branch the total no of seats are 120,the teachers and the staff are friendly and help students in sloving their problems. We have 2 sem exams and 2 unit tests each academic year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The general fee is around 124000rs while for the caste students like OBC it's around 69k-70k, for SC/ST it's around 4k-5k. There are various scholarships and freeships provided like EBC, EWS, etc which you can apply for according to your family's annual income on the site provided by the government. Our college has an above average placement offers. Many companies like Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture etc visit our campus for the selection. The average package is around 4-5lpa . Our college also provides us with internship offers from the second year itself.
Campus Life
We have the annual college fest ZODIAC. There are many tech committees like IEEE, IETE, etc which organize various tech fests. We have social committees like such which works for the welfare of people. Visiting NGOs, beach cleanups, etc take place frequently.
