Remarks

Admission process was through wbjee in 1st year and if you want to be admitted in 2nd year you have to appear in jelet exam. My rank was 70 (GMR) and 6(SC) in jelet exam. Then I appeared in the counseling process and filled my choices. After that, I allotted my seat in jadavpur University mechanical engineering department. I have submitted all my academic certificates and domicile certificate along with income certificate. After that I paid the fees which was 210 rupees for 2ND and 3Rd year.

There are many opportunities regarding internships. Students can have internships in big MNCs like Bajaj auto, l&t and many more. There you can have experience as well as you can make some money. So there are great opportunities.

After the 6th semester students have the opportunity to be placed. There are many big companies that come to this college for the recruitment like Microsoft, Google, Deshaw, PWC and many more. Every year almost 85% of students have their jobs.

You can apply for many scholarships and get a handsome amount of money. The course fees are very low. You can complete your whole 4 year course with just 10k. Other than it has an excellent placement record better than some IIT and NIT s. The average package is almost 10LPA and almost 85% of students placed every year

Campus life is fun here. You will get a huge playground, basketball court, tennis court and many indoor games. It has got a huge library as well where you can have a huge selection of books. Yearly two fests were also conducted by the students.
